@Bell_Support kudos to #resolutionsupport at Bell who finally listened, resolved and fixed the problem and saved me money! - by sending in a service technician on a Saturday

  • TheWillderSong William Ford (@TheWillderSong) reported

@Bell_Support internet on and off in Forest Hill area of Toronto... Had issues a couple weeks ago and don't want to spend another 24 hours waiting for a tech while working from home...

@ShariONeill12 Problem is too many still tap on the links. Validates the scam so the machine keeps sending more messages. Sadly worse on @bell vs @TELUS in my experience... same number.

@Bell why your internet service is so bad in Oakville? What has to happen for you to improve??? Your service is too lousy!!!!

  • Jabes522 Jason Bryan (@Jabes522) reported

@TSN_Sports @Bell Terrible broadcasting decision. As has been noted, 2 channels with curling and bumping ufc for golf. Not availible online either. After massive cuts you still don't have a competent programming team. Canada's sports leader. Not bloody likely.

@Bell never ever ceases to amaze me how a communications company is so inept at announcing an outage, leaving us stranded, wasting our time on hold

@Bell_Support It was resolved however we are down again now

@Bell when your customer service promise to send an agent between 10-12 how about they actually show up, especially when people work from home these days and their livelihood depends on proper connectivity! Worst customer support I’ve experienced

  • searsm Sears. (@searsm) reported

@Sportsnet you need to have four channels for EDM CAL, and 360 showing highlights, when a delayed outdoor game is going on eh? Couldn’t spare 1 you joke of a network. I already have Centre Ice with @bell so didn’t think i needed to pay for sportsnet1 too but way to screw this up.
