@SturgeonSlayers @Bell Td Bank last week was 1:50 mins. And the message kept saying be with you shortly. Not the usual high volume of calls message. Terrible service from a company that makes money hand over fiat.

@Bell_Support Dear Bell, none of your operators want to help me. You are now losing a 30 year customer with cable, internet, and 5 cell phones. Thought you should know, I’m fed up

@Bell_Support seems like you don't like to give support, so here it is, next Bell truck I see, I will be sitting in front of him until I get my remote, if he does not have one, then he will not be leaving until he gets me one, you will be calling the authorities to get me to move

@Bell @Bell_Support Wow! I have been online over an hour trying to suspend my cell service for a couple of months. Going to cost $30/m to have no cell service - really?!?! US carriers offer better rates for all of NA. Thoughts?

@bell your agent Mark just told me to speak professionally about a service that you are charging me for that I don't even have.

Imagine spending 4 hours on the phone to get some answers and you get passed around and around and never get anything done? No need to imagine. Simply sign up with @Bell_Support and this can be your reality

@Monster_Truck_ @Bell @Bell_Support Bell is typically good, but seems like maybe not in your area, which is a shame. In context, I'm in northern Ontario and have 350/10 and it's always on. You should be a GB all the time. Have you looked into Rogers? My brother in law has them. Super fast (horrible company)

@Bell Dear Bell. I’ve been a customer of yours for over 30 years. I’ve already cancelled my internet and cable . And now all my cell phones because of crappy customer service. Going with Rogers instead. Your operators didn’t seem to care.
