In 2020, they offered me the EXACT same services, but for $15.50/month less. The whole system is so stupid. That said, dealing with Rogers CSR since I switched in '08, seems better.

They are liars, don’t know anything about the contracts and are useless and rude. @Bell_Support or @RogersHelps don’t play games like this. The CRTC said they have tons of complaints daily.

That's pretty poor preparation on Bell's part :/ Is there anything else that can be done? All I was told is that someone would call us to reschedule.

You just don't have enough customers here, so it's not profitable for you to offer me a plan that supports my needs.

I now owe $1.29, how did past payments get covered to make 1.29 owing?? Can’t pass verification so can’t even resolve. What do I do?? Commitment to customer service??
