@bell is even worse than Rogers. Tried for weeks to resolve a tech issue. No one can help (i think they offered a service they can't provide) When will Canadians get decent services and a choice of providers? #CRTC

@XboxKaneda @Bell That’s awesome. I switched to the 1GB fibre service around 4 years ago and I’ll never go back. Aside from the speed and low latency I haven’t had a single outage. Only thing that was super flaky were their wifi extender pods that I had to stop using.

@Bell @CRTCHearings @crteng my father in law that is 90+ has no phone line connection at the moment. Bell has told him the techs, as instructed by their VP, will not fix the copper line so 2 choices, Switch to fibre or go away! 👋 Very disappointed at sad treatment of seniors.

@bell I’m tweeting b/c I have no other way to contact you. Your support services by phone & online not helpful. Having trouble with Bell Fibe & agent has NO IDEA how to help. Keeps saying it’s new system. Wld have thought agents wld be knowledgeable abt system B4 rolling it out!

Well my other cell powered down on me and now I'm redoing this new junky cellphone! Wish @Bell_Support would let me upgrade my cellphone to a newer version than I have !! So upset after all this time !!
