@Bell no one takes responsibility to get into the issue and resolve it. It’s been 6 months that my parents are without long distance provider and Bell did not do anything to resolve the issue.

@Bell we have 0 internet options at our house. We were forced to buy a Turbo Hub for our kids to do virtual learning. Day 5 with the turbo hub and we got locked out for data overages. This is going to cost $500+/month, easily. Any help/discounts for a 12+yr customer? @LFPress

@Bell every time I call the customer service 18664810944 I spend 2-3 hours on the phone. Last agent responded me from Philippine and he said his supervisor will call me in 2 hours! That would be my 10:30 pm. It’s 11:20 pm and still no calls.

@eric_habs @Bell_Support Mostly because of my husband, he doesn’t want the hassle of switching. I do have issues with Vidéotron as well, not all stations I want used to be available.

@eric_habs @Bell_Support I am with you 💯, I was done with Bell when they told me that they would not offer me any credits or a free movie channel extra ... for not have internet service because I never actually lost service !! Honestly if it were my choice I would’ve switched to Vidéotron, even w/PKP.

@missaprilgarcia @Bell They wasted 6.5 hours of mine today and the issue is still not resolved because they don't accommodate deaf customers.

@Bell_Support - I've been DM-ing you but you're not answering. So I am going to discuss publicly the shitshow that just happened with your customer service.

@Bell after a bunch of back and forth of messages, nothing had happened. It’s been 6 months that Bell by mistake blocked our long distance provider. Since August and after many times of calling and follow ups, the issue is not resolved. Every time we call, it takes 2-3 hours
