@Bell_Support Listen, again this morning with the @Amazon scam calls. The technology exists for you to filter these calls but you are too complacent with your customers to implement this. FIX THIS ISSUE!

@Bell_Support Thanks NW. Will contact if issues get worse, as it’s obvious that it has been on all Bell platforms

@Jean_E_Body @Bell @Rogers It's been a bee in my bonnet for some time. They put all that crap up but they never take it down. So why isn't there a regulation that when it's no longer in use they have to remove & recyle - whatever. Deal with it #Bell #Rogers

After calling @Bell to inform them what the technician said (that it's a @TorontoHydro issue), we learned he didn't actually write what he told us into the ticket and was also just flat *wrong*. THREE techs are now coming tomorrow. "How many Bell techs does it take to"...🙄

@Bell_Support Again, you are pushing the requirement & responsibility to filter spoofed calls on YOUR network onto your customers. As YOUR customer, I am telling you this isn't good enough. DO YOUR JOBS & FIX THIS PROBLEM!

To update the @Bell mess. Two of their service reps need new jobs because the way they treated me is unacceptable. You don’t bully or talk down to your customer. Thank you Nat who was helpful and went above and beyond what she was suppose to do!

@Bell **** your stupid *** "fair use" policy. I pay through the roof every month for UNLIMITED data, not this 512 kbps bullshit. I can barely send texts and load web pages, much less do anything I actually need to. **** like this is why people switch to other carriers like Shaw

Hey, @Bell_Support , why is our Bell FIBE down again...it happens at least once a week. Went down here in TO about 1.5 hours ago. Very frustrating to have such unreliable service. When will service be restored?
