@Bell_Support I’m located in Cobourg Ontario. I called Bell, which indicated that the internet was down in this area. However, on your Bell Support site, it states that there isn’t an outage. Can you confirm whether there’s an outage (so I know whether it’s just me?). Thanks

@RogersHelps I call at 1 x month & BEG for someone to come check out the issue & am told repeatedly there is no issue. It also looks like you are charging us over $100/month for patchy service for than @Bell is offering for better services (unlimited downloads).

Hey @apple ! Did you know @bell is talking people out of getting the #iPhone14ProMax ? I really wanted it. Now I have the #iphone14plus and it gets really hot and the battery drains after minimal use in one day. @bellservice says it’s your #problem

@RogersHelps @Bell You lost me as a mobile after 21 years +++ over a redundant $120 charge that customer service refused to remove. I was literally standing in the Bell store & moved my number as the guy in retention basically told me to get lost. A weight off my shoulders tbh.

@Bell … haven’t gotten my security cameras installed nor my ring door bell because my internet is garbage but you want to dig up my front lawn to install fibre optic and make a mess and again, I UPGRADED AND PAY MORE MONEY AND LIVE NEXT DOOR TO A BELL CO!!! Can you explain this?
