When I started I was paying $99/month for 1.5Mbit DSL service and now I'm still paying $99/month for 3000Mbit up/down. Just look periodically at their plans.

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Support lies again. Service repair for a telephone cable issue is now expected to be fixed by May 19th at 10 pm. That puts it at 10 days for 94 yr old who relies on her home phone for communication as well as safety with a life alert system.

Lino Palmieri (@linop67) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell When I call I don’t even speak to the rep that answers the call I immediately ask for customer loyalty and they usually find a way to meet my demands through discounts or promos or something to satisfy me but you have to stay on top of it there are other options but Bell works

Ian Clarke (@IanClarke_ca) reported@Bell Please check the ticket and see what height the tech put the line in as off the ground. I’m betting he put in the other line ABOVE this one in as needing to be fixed as he was adamant that this low hanging one was not a bell line. If it’s not down as approx 6ft it’s incorrect.
