@Bell @Bell_Support I have service moving appointment on June 29, technical didn’t show up. I called and was promised to have on June 30 and no one showed up. I called again and was told I had to wait to July 2nd. Is this how usually bell customers be treated ?

@Bell_Support if you expect me to pay $300 you need to fix my 4 unusable Pods and your garbage app and provide internet that doesn't consistently give me 900+ ping. Also actually make sure I can even use your damn service unlike my current situation where I can't get WiFi signal

@ShamanaDreams @Bell Even the in person guy was like ya there was NOTHING you could have done on your own on your end to fix this. The box isn’t working properly and he replaced it in 5 mins and left. Such a fricken hassle when the phone agents are clueless

@PeterBa36101055 @Bell There is no issues, it is non ionizing. it has a short, sparse, wave length. 5g as a whole is very weak. You’d have to spend a significant amount of time literally sitting on the transmitter for any registrable Health affects.

@Bell_Support Keep in mind that I will be moving soon and cancelling this service anyway so I don't see why I need to pay $300 for garbage I'm cancelling in a week
