    How many @Bell technicians does it take to properly run a cable to my house? Tomorrow will be the fifth one in over 2 years who will tell me that they can’t help and it needs to be the infrastructure team. Trees are not cable mounts.

    @Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.

    @theresemacdona6 @Bell @Bell_Support Never. Because they get away with it! And IMYHO, since they know they have a monopoly along with Rogers, they will do nothing to fix it.

    @Kevin_D_Lyons @Reil76 @Bell My family was always Bell mostly because my Dad was a splicer all his adult life. Bell is not the bell of my Dad's we all got rid of them they are terrible now.
