    @Bell BYER BEWARE Unfortunately Bell and Virgin Molibiliy are selling 5G but don't have the ability to provide 5G service as it's not completed yet

    @Bell Worst service. Bad business practices. They charged me for a service I did not receive and I was forced to pay since the bill was not revised as requested. So, unethical and should be illegal. Terrible experience after less than a month.

    @Bell_Support so my internet was out for over 12 hours. I never reported it cause I didn't have the time. It's back now but am I going to get reimbursed for that time you didn't provide the service?

    @Bell_Support @Bell I just spent another frustrating call with Bell customer support. Every time I get a different story. Confirmed something with two different reps, find out today it is not true. Hate being lied to! This is why I left Bell!

    Do yourself a favour, if you’re looking for a new cell phone provider in Canada and you value customer support and transparency DO NOT go with @Bell

    @Bell @Bell_Support so it’s been 40 hours that a 90 ur old visullay impaired person has no phone service. And u respond saying that it will take 24-48 hrs to look into the issue. Are u kidding ???
