In order to mail this update for @bell, I have to leave my home, drive into town (30-40 minutes away) and then go into a post office to mail a document DURING a global pandemic bc they are unable to verify who I am. The solution isn’t to call a number. The solution is in @bell.

@CyaraBird @kwetoday @Bell i stopped using the phone to do anything with my cable and internet provider. i do it via dm here on twitter, super easy, no headaches, no 2 hours on hold only to have the line hang up on you, etc.

@yourpersianmuse @Bell Just so it’s clear: this isn’t updating your personal online account which is what you are talking about. This is updating equifax information. Not your personal login information with them.

@Bell i call bell for the second time all im told is a technician will come out... bell guy comes out tells me there's a problem with the wires. He runs brand new fibe wires to my street. STILL nothing works...
