    For the third time this week, a customer has come to my Canada Post counter with a @Bell package to be sent by Purolator, with the customer saying Bell told them to bring it to the post office. But Bell has ASSURED me this isn't happening. Bell, let's talk about your gaslighting.

    @Reil76 @Bell There's a faulty connection for the input signal somewhere, causing it to drop. When I had it happen, it was actually the modem, itself, but I had to totally spell out all the troubleshooting steps I'd taken to get them to listen to me.

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    @Bell We are three weeks in and still no phone service at our office. The company that lays claim to the invention of the telephone can’t make it work. Now they are threatening a $500 cancellation penalty for a service they did not and could not deliver. Call us at 905-52G-ALLO?
