I have bell internet and a Telus phone and can't get service on my phone in some places. Same thing for my friend who has Rodgers

Am currently on hold I wouldn't be this upset but you guys decided to send this to COLLECTIONS & that's bad for ME when I did nothing wrong. I STILL think the "mail back" equipment isn't right.
