@Bell have upgrade 2 phones, paid taxes and fees, called customer service 10+ #lostcount ,requested a manager call back 3 times and nothing! Bill is still saying outstanding even though bell customer service keeps telling me they made a mistake. #nothappy #longtimecustomer

@Bell_Support love the constant interruptions of service. Probably have to go to another network for mobile now, since you don't bother responding to customer complaints.

@Bell In my own experience Bell competed vigorously with Rogers to see who could deliver the worst possible customer service.

Our internet has been out all day. We called Bell early this am and they promised to call back between 10-11am. It’s now nearly 5 hours beyond that and no call. I can’t believe that a business can run like this This is some crummy customer service. @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support What’s the point. So you can send 7 more people to come and do nothing. I will be canceling everything with bell asap. Your service is a joke and the fact you charge Pickering as much as people using Fibe shows how ***** you are.
