@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@Bell_Support New Fibe installation in subdivision doesn’t seem to provide stable service. Your rep reset my internet (his words) last night. We went from 220 mbps to just under 500 mbps. My reboots did nothing. We’ve only had it a month - disappointing. Paying for 1.5 but get <500 in home

@Bell_Support Today no internet service 24-48 hours to restore meawhile representative disconnects chat and mysteriously I recieve no transcript of chat. To say I am impressed would be an understatement!!

@Bell_Support So Nov 22 I suspend my cable tv service Dec 2022 charged $49 for service suspension, continued to be charged for Cable TV Call in request ajustment. Jan 2023 continue to be charged call in request ajustment. Feb 2023 charged another $49 call in all services cancel

@Bell Bell is trash. Consider this a customer gone notice. Tired of having to call every month to straighten out a problem the person on the other end of the line has no clue how to fix. And how many different departments do u need? Pure garbage and u don't give a s#%t.
