@Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

@ChrysalisChris @Bell @Bell_Support I am going through something similar! 🚨WARNING🚨 When leaving Bell to go to another provider make sure you move all your sympatico documents before telling Bell you are leaving! They locked me out of my e-mail account and shut down my internet and TV before it was scheduled!

@Bell_Support any updates on the service outage in Montreal? The service outage started yesterday around 4 pm and you send an initial estimate for restoring the service, but no communication since! :(

@Bell's customer service is incredibly inefficient. I signed up for a plan over a year ago. I have been overbilled by $25/month for OVER A YEAR. I've called today for the 9th time (almost 1/month) to try and get this rectified, without luck!

@Bell As a longtime Bell customer, you guys need to seriously work on prices. $210 a month for my cell and internet is outrageous.
