    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    @Bell It has been two hours since i have been without the internet and none of the agents so far have solved my problem for the internet not working. This is utterly disappointing that such a big company will make it's users go through so much even after paying so much money

    @Bell you need to hire more professional Telemarketing teams. I had a agent come to my door yesterday trying to sell ur service to me which I denied... Only to get another phone call doing the same today. As I took the time to explain that someone already came...I was hung up on!

    @Rogers worse phone support ever … waited over 25min to speak to a live person . This is what happens when companies get to big and they don’t give sh*t about service ….. @Bell is definitely a better option .

    .@Bell_Support Still being billed for a landline I ported to my cell back in January. My blood pressure never goes higher than when I talk to a Bell rep for resolution. "Bell Helps"? Don't make me laugh...
