    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    @Bell_Support I have a temporary line hanging all around my house since Aug 16 No one came back to dig the line in They forgot Called to remind them & waited last week 8 am to 10 pm and the next day for invisible technician A Bell truck drove by and slowed down That was it? 🙄

    @Bell @Bell_Support #bell customer service has TAKE A MASSIVE nosedive. 8 agents, no manager and agents not understanding that a mistake on Bells part has created a massive issue. This sounds like the #CCTS or #CRTC need to get involved.
