    @Bell Throttling isn’t unlimited given that 256kbps is practically useless. How many do you see coming to you when they purchase service saying no, no, I just need 256kbps...none! Bell stop the false marketing - especially to people who can barely afford your service to begin with.

    @Bell_Support 36 hours without internet. Nothing online to indicate outage (I am sure that keeping this info offline helps their monthly/yearly metrics) and the “tool” they keep pointing me towards says the the estimated time of restoration is 6pm last night. Ridiculous.

    @Bell_Support @Bell @Bell we have rebooted our modem and fibe tv. Still nothing and although your support people told us there’s an outage in our area you website says there’s not. When will service be restored? Do I have to wait on hold for 2 hours for an answer?

    @Bell_Support Ok, that’s storm damage.. But what about the massive outages/malfunctions with your hardware that has been ongoing since the beginning of the month leaving Bell customers and other carriers customers without reliable internet access?

    @JavedC321 @Bell_Support I’m at over 40 hours of no service and no response other than the same canned response you received. What abysmal customer service. @CRTCeng please open Canada up to competition so that we don’t have to deal with bell anymore

    @Bell_Support Any update Bell? This is rediculous. 36hrs no internet. Bet you won't be giving refunds for your outage. The amount we pay each month from your monopolized business should warrant a response don't you think? Nevermind stupid question. Crooks!!!!!

    @Bell No service since May 21 late afternoon. It’s just before noon on May 23, almost 2 days later. ANY UPDATE ON WHEN SERVICE WILL BE RESTORED? Internet is an essential service and your response must be quicker! @CRTCeng

    @Bell @Bell_Support is terrible! We have not had internet in over 36 hours and they have not given us any estimated time as to when it will come back either. My husband works from home, yes even on long weekends!! Horrible customer service!!
