    @Bell My internet's been out since Thur afternoon. Called the 3rd party provider..got a bell tech out yesterday..tech can't fix it..its a cable problem. Says new team to fix today. Called to find out he lied. The 4th?!? WTF?? UNACCEPTABLE

    @vikkhanna @Bell @MarriottBonvoy I know, right? How many companies use outbound email to prospect for new business, while not having any customer loyalty nurturing or promotional programs? Then they wonder why their churn is high.
