Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

@Bell_Support Because we moved and changed our number, the offers are no longer valid. What a fail! No incentives to bring customers over - makes no sense!

@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@Bell_Support I’m having issues with no service, same issue with my wife. I have tried calling *611 and it doesn’t go through. Is there a disruption with the service on your end
