@Bell_Support So this is the second weekend in a row where the internet has been down in my area (L3Y). Been out since 7pm last night and still no change. Any idea why the service is gone and if it’s coming back soon? Like it’s really redux that this Kees happening

@Bell_Support No internet since Friday night, in Quebec. So, if I gather correctly, as long as it's about minus 30 outside, Bell customers will continue to pay for a service (The Internet) which cannot be provided. Is that correct?

@Bell_Support Hey Bell, your phone message states there’s a widespread outage & service should be backup by 10am. We’re in M6S area & still out. Any updates on this? And yes, we’ve rebooted.

@Bell, the router for your home fiber internet resets it's settings with every power outage, even as short as 30 seconds, I'm sure you already know how stupid this is? Don't you? Really??

@Bell hi crew. I have been trying for weeks to get internet at my ski cottage. Your lines run 25’ in front of my house. Your people in store and over the phone say it is impossible, when my neighbors all have your service. This is crazy. Help please?!

@GregJaworski1 @Bell_Support maybe its the cold ? because its -16 and that type of drop always seems to cause wifi issues, regardless of the service
