    @TELUSsupport @Rogers @Bell Cancel with Telus. Horrific customer support/ understanding. They just cost me 80k on a mortgage renewal. My credit card for autopay had expired, and I missed it. Iโ€™ll own that. My account went 30 days over, and when I got that notification I immediately rectified it, paid in full, and put in an updated CC number. They outright refuse to take the late payment off my credit report for the mistake. I am 51 years old. NEVER one late payment ever. This dropped my credit score 86 points, and now on my upcoming mortgage renewal I cannot get the preferred banking rate as it dropped my score below 800 as a result. The rate swing will cost me approximately 80k over 5 years and Telus outright refuses to help. Iโ€™ve been a loyal Telus customer for a decade paying 350+/month for all their serviceโ€™s, and hold close to $100k in Telus stock and this is the treatment I am getting for an honest mistake. Use any other provider. I will make it my lifeโ€™s mission to make sure nobody signs up with Telus going forward. Friends, family members and employees included. Iโ€™ve tagged Bell and Rogers on this so they can share it with others to use as marketing to win new customers and show how you donโ€™t treat a long time customer.

    @Kevin_D_Lyons @Reil76 @Bell My family was always Bell mostly because my Dad was a splicer all his adult life. Bell is not the bell of my Dad's we all got rid of them they are terrible now.

    Fck itโ€™s unreal how useless cell coverage is in NL. @TonyWakehamNL the amount of money wasted by certainly federal and maybe provincial towards @Bell and @Rogers while we have garbage service is mental. High cost phones and bills but utterly useless service โ€ฆ

    @Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to โ€œaddโ€ to my package and thatโ€™s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!

    @Bell fix your cell towers in Newfoundland,between st johns and gander ............. 2- 4 bars of lte and no data , cant text ...... couldnt report a motor vehicle death that blocked traffic for 8 hours and dead headed part of Newfoundland..... rcmp is gonna investigate also..

    @Reil76 @Bell SHAW/Rogers? I have one of those round WIFI pods that mesh with the main modem/router/WIFI network too. Going to be changing that all up this month though.

    @Reil76 @Bell None of them care. Rogers billing issue but I can't get a human. On hold forever then call gets cut off because they have higher than normal call volume. I'll just not pay and I guarantee someone will call me.
