@daniel_foch @Bell Bell is the worst. Had a tech come out to hook up internet, first time in my life I had a grown man throw his arms in the air and say he can’t get it done because it would be too difficult. Told me to go with a competitor. His words verbatim.

Just spent an hour + on the phone with .@bell trying to reduce our $400+ monthly bill. By slashing our TV selection, Internet capacity and reduced data on cell we save less than $20. Ripping off loyal customers seems to be a business plan. Didn’t someone promise to fix this?

@Epiman5 @Bell I just spoke with customer service and apparently there is an outage going on everywhere in Ottawa. Estimated time before this is fixed 7AM 😒

Initially calling @Bell was oddly pleasant, but I guess I spoke too soon. Over an hour later, being transferred 5 times....they still can't get their **** together. Why is @Bell_Support so incompetent?! My next phone call is to disconnect all 9 services I pay for. I'm DONE.

@DavidShawn6488 @francesgreek1 @Bell_Support Rogers is terrible and apparently still is. Bell gives great service, never a problem or hassle if I need something. For that kind of service I don’t mind paying a bit more.

@tamimsab @Bell You don't want it, Tamim. It's actually complete garbage. Check out TekSavvy - much less expensive, consistently excellent speeds, no spying on your browsing, and their customer service is the best in the country. Bell sucks. Don't bother. It'll ruin your KDR.

@Bell I have fibre optics and the best package available to home users and I still get packet loss daily on call of duty. Now perhaps that’s their servers but your claim to never getting packet loss is false.
