  @Bell you have horrible customer service. NEW install sched. from 12-5 today. Waited all day, called into customer service at 3 pm told it was still on track. Called in at 4:45 and was told still on track. Stayed on line with CSR and was told resched. to Oct19 becuz NO tech avail

  @Bell_Support @Hazelxo6 There is an outage at Jane and Finch (Toronto) it has been a whole day, I called in the morning and I was told there was an outage. I can see the Bell truck here too. Can we at least get the extra data we get when this happens?

  @armchairqbguy @Bell @TELUS I switched to Telus too, didn't have to sign a contract either as long as I used my own device. We'll see how it goes. If it's garbage or they increase rates I can just jump ship again.

  @tna0066 @Bell Agreed. VERY slow. There’s a HUGE dead zone around 1095 Barton street. I’m getting 1 bar of 3G. I didn’t think that was even possible!
