    @TheHunterChef @Bell @FibeBell I went through the same thing a couple of months ago. I had to unplug my modem for a few minutes to solve the issue. Just rebooting didn't do anything, took a complete shutdown to resolve the problem.

    @Violet_71 @Bell You aren't missing much, I have mine installed and the service is less than ideal and when you call to have it checked out they do a remote modem reset and that's it. Called repeatedly last couple of weeks.

    @Bell I attempted to upgrade my wireless home internet package and your customer service team CANCELS my existing plan;now it will take 8 days for a tech to replace a modem that already works-all because you can't reactive my old plan.Seriously, how can you be so incompetent!

    @Bell Iโ€™ve spoken to at least 8 agents but possibly more today! This is a day Iโ€™ll never get back. Then the guy in billing says his computer is having problems! And heโ€™s with @Bell!! If I could see the CEO now I would. Iโ€™m bloody furious! Iโ€™ve given my name, dob, account # til Iโ€™m sick
