    @FEYLN_ @Bell Tbh I still have my US service. Canadian telecom is so jacked up. I asked someone here at Best Buy mobile about the cheapest unlimited plan, he goes “oh, they’re all pretty much unlimited now, you just choose how much data you want” He thought I meant minutes. What? WHAT?!

    @Bell Just got off the phone with CBC as a follow up to their fraudulent story they did on @bell hopefully this goes somewhere and I can get a resolution to the fraud that happened to me

    It's been over two months that @Bell has had to sort out their stuff so we could get internet. Happy to report that the emergency @Eastlink service I ordered is doing better than expected, seeing as @Bell_Support still can't get their crap together and correct their huge screwup.

    @TekSavvyCSR Then get in contact with Center Hastings Cablevision, they are either teksavvy or not. I pay $89 a month and dont have service 5 or 6 days. They advertise as being teksavvy, so fix the problem or im going back to @Bell

    @Bell @bell @Bell_Support followed the direction from CCTS regarding a fraudulent claim from bell and was told to try working with bell customer service. I did as instructed & the worst bell rep I have ever dealt with called me. Guy was very unprofessional

    @Bell_Support I went and got the new modem and after connecting it, it still wasn’t working, so I called them again and we were on the phone for about an hour and still no solution and the agent was telling me that the new modem I went to get is faulty as well.

    @Bell_Support It is an outage on BELL’s end !! Repair hopefully by 10pm. This is why we have don’t have everything under one umbrella.
