Hey @bell if I wanted your ****** overpriced service I’d seek you out. Stop with the door to door sales crap. I work shifts and don’t appreciate unsolicited door knocks when I’m trying to sleep. Hate you even more now. Eat a ****

@Bell_Support internet issues since around 3pm in Markham. It came back online a few times but only for a minute or two. Any outages reported? I’ve tried restarting my modem 3 times no luck

@Bell no big surprise my internet is out again. Every day it's either super slow or doesn't work. I think it's the rain today. I've already had a tech come and 'fix' it once 🙄. So sick of paying $$$ for bad service

@Bell_Support After two years of internet speeds of 25/5 has now dropped to 2.7/.5 . Called Bell support and went through diagnostic , unplugging and rebooting accomplished nothing . Support says you will have to wait months for us to build a new tower. Until then this is what you get.

@Bell so disappointed in your service for longtime customers who have been patient while you continually let us down- your apathy for my lost work time is so disrespectful

@bell: We can offer you a $10 cheaper plan if you upgrade your phone now! Also @bell: the new plan voids an existing $15 service bundling credit you've been receiving for 2 years, but we won't tell you this during the upgrade process. Net change: $5/month *MORE* than expected.

@Bell_Support My internet speed went from 25/5 to 2.7/0.5 . Called support and went through diagnostics. They say I will have to wait a couple of months for bell to put up a new tower. Not very good business practices.
