  • med0475 Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Wow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada

  • jessedriftwood1 dirtfoot (@jessedriftwood1) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

Oh great after waiting on hold for an hour your customer service agent hung up on me. @bell you are truly the worst.

  • aspeckledbethy JustBeth (@aspeckledbethy) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

So we're all agreed #BellLetsTalk is just performative horseshit by a multi-billion dollar corporation trying to get PR brownie points and tax write offs? It's ok to not be ok but it's not ok to use serious issues for marketing purposes only. Tsk tsk tsk @Bell

  • ThatGirlOntario Deb 🇨🇦 (@ThatGirlOntario) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@blaufman @louford1 @Bell_Support 👋 For the short time when I lived in Brantford (“The Telephone City” of all places!) I have a few Bell customer support & service horror stories.

  • MackHenderson_7 Mack Henderson (@MackHenderson_7) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

You know when you’re Internet provider is stupid when Internet was a good speed during quarantine(No extra fees). Now paying for extra fees(July 1st), it has gotten progressively slower everyday. Hmm.... I think Bell really wants people to leave their Network @Bell_Support

  • BCullimore Benji (@BCullimore) reported from Westdale, Ontario

@Bell can rot in hell. The worst company, and largest corporate scam in the entire country.

@Bell_Support Yeah it doesn't work during a major outage so it's a useless piece of sh

  • asek47 Dr Allison Sekuler 🧠 👁🥁 (@asek47) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support - tech support said there’s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

What a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

  • GalahadHoad Galahad Hoad (@GalahadHoad) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell Smart pay? What a ******* joke. An elderly lady was dumb enough to do give her banking info & was double billed for aprox15yrs & when confronted you magnanimously offered her a year's free service as if that made up 4 15yrs of the double billing. #GreedyBellCanadaSucks 🇨🇦

  • gordsmith92 Gord Smith (@gordsmith92) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@whytock79 @Bell @startca That’s what I had before. Massive latency. 2-5% packet loss. And they couldn’t fix it.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Mark_Goldberg Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported

Answer by @Bell to @TeksavvyBuzz #CRTC complaint "EBOX now a division of Bell. Bell doesn't provide EBOX with any wholesale services, telecom or other. There can be no agreement, off-tariff or not, preferential or not, between Bell & EBOX since they're the same corporate entity"

  • kristen_payne1 Kristen D Payne (@kristen_payne1) reported

@nejsnave @Bell While Bell is fair in their pricing, until about a year ago they didn’t come right out and offer payment plans. Due to my finances in/out I couldn’t pay the bill before the 20th. They disconnected me 5 times in 12 months. For the sake of one month’s service. Reconnect fee $49.95

  • sharuss1 R Smith 🇨🇦 Officially Original (Check Mark here) (@sharuss1) reported

@Rootbrian_ @Bell_Support I appreciate that, but I’m not into hard wired iPads and Fibe tv is advertised as a wireless solution. I know what I have had and what I expect, which is a reasonable wireless signal speed. At the moment I have it again. Just looking for consistency/stability from the provider.

  • shaponks shaponks!! (@shaponks) reported

@Rogers why is your internet service so pathetic 🤔😱 If only @Bell had fiber in my area I would have never stayed with you @Rogers

  • MandoBrave MandoBrave (@MandoBrave) reported

@bell .75/minute to call the U.S.A. From canada, this is ridiculous “, switching bag to Rogers. Also, the mobile data 5G is awful all over the GTA vs @rogers

  • Remarkable6316 Mark Lundy (@Remarkable6316) reported

@Bell So you weaken our wifi signal and then try to scam us with wifi boosters.

  • saleemkhan Saleem Khan | saleemkhan@mastodon.social (@saleemkhan) reported

@Bell_Support 1753ET I appreciate the response but this is the typical of what dozens of people at Bell have told me since 2021, and only two actually moved anything forward. I've spent somewhere in the neighbourhood of *a full working month* on this, yet problems persist. Why?

  • marshmat Matt Marsh (@marshmat) reported

@Bell Pro tip for any customers stumbling across this: renting WiFi equipment from Bell is a terrible deal. The stuff is paid off in 8 months but they keep charging you for it forever. You can buy much better gear, and save money, by just going to any local computer store.

  • eurocarz Robert Paulziak (@eurocarz) reported

@Bell bell is the worst company, never again

  • garrybeirne Garry Beirne (@garrybeirne) reported

@Bell_Support Four months! If you can do something please do it quickly ... my task tomorrow (I'm retired) is to contact CRTC and a number of journalists who deal with consumer issues.
