    @Bell_Support What is with these numerous calls I get a day from numbers beginning with the letter V and from cities across the U.S. This has only started since I switched my wireless to Bell. Never had this issue when I was with Rogers. I want these calls to stop

    @Bell_Support Iโ€™m new costumer Iโ€™ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was โ€œif you are not happy you can cancel you orderโ€ i will and go back with cogeco at least theyโ€™re nice ppl thanks !

    @Bell_Support Thatโ€™s unfortunate as I just switched the Bell and the service provider I was with had a separate customer service department so the wait times were short.

    @Bell_Support @peteroiler11 It was a nationwide problem with Bell I'm in Ontario and same thing happened to me lastnight. Tried everything. Phone works today though. @Bell_Support definitely needs to investigate.

    @karensd @Bell @Raptors Thatโ€™s terrible, I wouldnโ€™t pay for such dreadful service either. My mother, who resides in Toronto, has had nothing but problems with them for the past 2 years... Too bad you missed out on the ending...๐Ÿ’•

    @Bell All home services are down. We can't even get through to someone to help us. Internet and phone are essential to work from home.

    @Bell is quite literally the worst company in Canada. No one is more anti consumer and money/power driven. Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.

    @Bell_Support - tech support said thereโ€™s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

    I use to spend so much money @Rogers @RogersHelps and they never listened to my complaint about them breaching my privacy but then @Bell @Bell_Support I was taken care of with respect.

    @Bell We are three weeks in and still no phone service at our office. The company that lays claim to the invention of the telephone canโ€™t make it work. Now they are threatening a $500 cancellation penalty for a service they did not and could not deliver. Call us at 905-52G-ALLO?

    Dear @Bell letโ€™s talk. I signed up for security. Then you sold it to @apialarm I overpaid my bill - my bad - then the system stopped working. Now they wonโ€™t confirm cancellation or give my money back. I would have never signed up with an outfit like this so kind of on you?

    @Reil76 @Bell SHAW/Rogers? I have one of those round WIFI pods that mesh with the main modem/router/WIFI network too. Going to be changing that all up this month though.

    If you're a @Rogers mobile customer and take the Barrie Line @GOtransit train, does your internet just not work majority of the time once you leave downtown core? Is @Bell better? I just might have to switch coz this is pathetic
