@Bell is quite literally the worst company in Canada. No one is more anti consumer and money/power driven. Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.

@Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !

@Bell I have been raising concerns about your network not being working despite being a loyal customer for more than one year I am being harassed by your agents. They keep on transferring my calls and what not. Every time I call they end up telling me there is network problem in one of your towers in my location??? Its been more than a months. They said I didnt pay fully and then allowed the bill to reach 300 dollars so that it was large enough to send me to collections. ********.
