@Rogers customer service guaranteed there was an Ignite TV app for @AppleTV… but there is not! I should had kept my FibeTV by @Bell then! Certainly changing it back as soon as possible!

@Bell_Support hello. My internet has been out since 1230pm .and some of my neighbours advertise their Bell and Virgin mobile are also affected by this outage . Can you confirm? This is extremely frustrating to have the internet down this long #outage #Bell

@CP24 Internet too. We pay a lot for less and less for @Bell and @Rogers. They should offer a lot more for a lot less money. Look at other G7 countries. Canada is the worst

@Bell_Support @VirginPlus they have confirmed for me that their technicians only work until 6 PM each day to fix the problem. Then, even if not fixed, they go home for the night! 3 days and counting!!!!! I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO SWITCH TO ROGERS. Customer service reps are also RUDE

Talking with a Bell worker yesterday -- loads of people who work @Bell are off sick - impacts scheduling of repairs to squirrel damage on the infrastructure. Not one universal help line, pls but effective triage system and adequate resources

@MosaicIris @himanshuchadha @Bell_Support I agree kaela, and worse, they confirmed their technicians leave at 6pm everyday even while it’s still broken. File a complaint with CCTS. I’m livid at this stage. 4 days and pure incompetence and lacklustre customer service !!!!!!

@alanlepo @Bell_Support @Bell Try to get a hold of the Executive Offices if it gets unbearable. They've been extremely helpful when a simple issue gets frustrating enough to consider leaving Bell.
