Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • HareFX David Hare (@HareFX) reported

    @Bell_Support I have contacted support to resolve the issue (which is being worked on right now). The problem is that you rebooted the router/modem without asking (which severs all connections) and no ability for me to stop it.

  • Chodeling Yaya Tralala (@Chodeling) reported

    @Bell is service down right now???

  • HareFX David Hare (@HareFX) reported

    So just when I though @bell service couldn’t get worse they go and out-do themselves. I called in because I my Wi-Fi pods weren’t working so I selected internet support from the menu. Without asking, the automated system said they were rebooting my router remotely. WTF‽

  • lamunekis Mama bear (@lamunekis) reported

    @Bell_Support Just sent it to you, will see if you guys actually care about solving my lack of service

  • TMaac999 tristan (@TMaac999) reported

  • STom350 STom (@STom350) reported

    @Bell_Support I have been trying to resolve my corporate billing issues with your CSRs for close to 6 mos without success. Please help! How do I get hold of you?

  • TMaac999 tristan (@TMaac999) reported

    @6Kold @Bell **** says a 1.1 gigs down and 970mb up on the router but on the ps I barely break 100mb down or like 10mb up

  • Rakknophobia Rakkno (@Rakknophobia) reported

    @TorontoDefiant @Bell @Aspire_OW wtf that tracking tho

  • Mark_Goldberg Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported

    @KeeganGoerz @Bell Follow the links in the post to read about business cases. No one invests just because they can 'afford' it. You need to be able to get a return on that investment By the way: MNO refers to Mobile Network Operators - last week wasn't a mobile decision

  • aceroonie2 aceroonie (@aceroonie2) reported

    Internet has been damn horrible lately. I can’t believe I pay so much to @Rogers for such a crappy product. What’s worst is @Bell can’t put a fibre connection to my house so I’m stuck.🤬🤬🤬
