-
Art Pultz (@ArtPultz) reported@_9m4j @Bell @Bell_Support Stated facts and my frustration with the service or lack of service I experienced. Maybe it'll help with their customer service. Operative word - maybe. This call/post may be used for training purposes. Operative word - may. LMFAO.

stemvox (@stemvox) reported@Bell_Support Placed a call to @Bell today about our internet Fibe service. It was down. After the typical questions and quick fix scenarios offered it was determined the issue was outside our house. I checked the exposed fibe line outside the house. No breaks. So we book a technician to come. No one available outside of normal work hours. Simply hilarious. Next move? @Rogers

Fu Cookies20 (@FCookies20) reported@poppy4161 @Bell ******* slave drivers who dispose of people like garbage. I will never have a bell service or ever work there either. -100/10

Jeff (@JGH583) reportedJust watched sports center on @TSN_Sports for the first time in a while. Absolutely terrible. Masters highlights didn’t show a single shot by @McIlroyRory who is leading and had the round of a lifetime. Glad I’m not paying for @Bell anymore

Miss Peepers (@miss_peepers) reported@Bell_Support Oh well. The third agent told me that he could offer me a new credit. I'm going to call back during the day to speak to someone. This is poor customer service. Hope the AI layoffs don't hit Bell agents. When you can't find competent people, AI will make decisions for you

The Mental Approach Podcast (@toddamus) reportedPeople in Canada talk quite a bit of sh@t about @rogers wireless, much of it warranted as the customer service has become horrendous. I recently switched to @Bell and I have never had worse wireless coverage in my life. Major metropolitan cities with next to no service. See attached screen shot as I sit in North Vancouver along the waterfront. I’m likely to switch back shortly.

N (@NegativeNedDN) reported@CTVNews try to get a job with @bell, so they can outsource your job overseas. meetings will take 1 hour instead of 20 minutes due to language barrier, and when systems go offline you can spend more time on the phone than resolving the issue. also, they get paid less with less benefits as they are contractors.
