@Bell_Support Bell services are always down, it’s impossible to speak to a supervisor because of the pandemic they but won’t be comprehensive with people who are struggling to pay their bills durring the pandemic. Double standard! Worst staff ever!!

I love @cogeco @cogecohelps but 180 down and 10 up in my apartment when @Bell offered up to 1Gig. Confuses me. Running out of patients. I live in a major city.

@Bellaliant @Bell Would have been nice to know my bundle was randomly going up by 10$ a month. Given the shoddy service I’ve had and numerous calls to support I’m not sure how this is justified. I sure haven’t gotten any additional “perks” or improved service.

So noticed recently that my @Bell mobile monthly charges went up. Apparently, it is a service fee increase. Pandemic or not. Service is hardly use at all bec we use home wifi. @CRTCeng @CRTCHearings Maybe it’s time cancel this service after almost 10 years being a bell customer?

@Bell your customer service is by far the worst & it keeps getting worse. You have lost all you Canadian customer service values & now have replaced your staff with hard line tough talking rude reps. All for what an extra charge You lose more customers this way. 👋 After 30 years
