    @Bell no hockey game is over is 2 hr 30 min. Can you adjust that in your guide to record???? Missed the last 2 min . So stupid!!! I know if you set it up ahead of time you can record extra time, but not during. Please fix

    @Bell @Bell_Support Been without service for 48 hours. We’re given assurance a technician would be here this evening and no one has come. And now we’re told our request is still pending. THESE LOYAL CUSTOMERS ARE LOSING THEIR PATIENCE.

    @Bell_Support Fibe has been down three times this week in Acton, every time around 9:30pm. Is there a reason? Are credits being given for the time we’ve been without service? Are you going to provide an update on what is going on at some point?
