    @Bell_Support worst experience ever. 15 hours worth of phone calls, and in store visits, just to get $60 out of collections for a service I didn’t use. I was promised by a rep it would be dealt with and 3 weeks later, calls and letters keep coming.

    @Bell you have the worst cell service of any provider. I hate your customer service department more than anything in the world. I spend countless hours thinking about how happy you going out of business would make me.
