@Bell Bell (BCE) is a crap company top to bottom. You treat customers with disrespect & staff as if they aren't human. Let's Talk is nothing more than a disingenuous PR ploy. You're over priced and your products, services & infrastructure are subpar and in many cases useless.

Really @Bell, do you want to lose me as a customer by telemarketing at me on a Sunday? I hate telemarketing calls in general, I hate them even more on the weekend. How does any business think this is a good idea anymore?

Very disappointed in @Bell. Three no-shows on installation dates. Then today, I woke up to all my Rogers services cancelled— with no date scheduled by Bell to switch my acct over. Just off a marathon call to @Rogers to straighten things out. Got great service!

Similarly, they shouldn't allow dealers to charge "processing fees." It's $0 for a SIM replacement at a @Bell corporate store, but $35 at some stores owned independently, like the one at Dufferin Mall. The dealers might cry poor, but the CRTC should protect the consumer.
