    @Bell_Support @kapboy59 No rebooting the whole community is out. Check with your friends at Telus. Same issues. People here with no phone service for 24hrs

    @Bell_Support Thank you but the issues are the outside lines that need to be replaced as these lines are not able to support the fibre internet , as 2 of your resolution, techs have told me .

    @Bell hey Bell, quick question. Why has my internet been crap lately? Are y’all doing work in Scarborough or something? I’ve called in 3 times today and guess what? Your techs are no help and I still have no internet. I’ve missed meetings, lost money, and spent 2 days not working

    @Bell_Support hi crew. I have been trying for weeks to get internet at my ski cottage. Your lines run 25’ in front of my house. Your people in store and over the phone say it is impossible, when my neighbors all have your service. This is crazy. Help please?!

    @Bell the worse customer service ever. I cancelled my accounts in June. I still get harassed with bills in 2022. None of your employees are able to do a job properly.
