I was asked to use 3G only because Bell does not have a tower here. I'm in the center of Montreal and there is no tower here? Why am I paying close to $60 a month for a service which is broken? Ticket num 351556 was raised. Maybe I need to get a new sim?I need help @Bell_Support

@Videotron I had one of the worst conversation concerning my statement you say you record your calls to better your customer service but when I ask you to listen to your recording to help settle my issues you don’t so I’m done switching to @Bell

@PC_Manitoba @Bell @manitobahydro Hello, as 5G is being installed in my area. MB Hydro workers are doing the same thing Bell workers will be doing in the coming weeks. I'm sure the budget for 5G can be reduced w/out this overlap of 5G installation service.

Good on @Bell for giving me “free”50gbs of data to make up for my WiFi and fibe tv being down for the next 3 days (or more)…when I already have unlimited data on their slow network. Can’t even do my work off my hotspot because their network has been trash 🙃
