  • downsdispatch John Downs (@downsdispatch) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support - my Fibe box isn’t able to load most programs. Intermittent signal, with no video. I shut it down and restarted. No luck. Missing several programs and sporting events I intended on taping.

  • MeeMichie Michie Mee (@MeeMichie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Here we go again with the bullshit service phone line been down for 2 days and not one tech sent to deal with the problem not paying for this service anymore real talks!!! @Bell_Support

  • danlanaddy Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell_Support To be sent out to maintain it. The fence is falling down, the rods protrude into the sidewalk unless WE bend them back and pull the fence up every other day. It’s not safe and at the end of the day, it’s our home. It doesn’t need to be that way for 6+ months.

  • lisajryder Lisa Ryder (@lisajryder) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support oh hey Bell. You are making it incredibly hard to stay with you as a provider. I am moving and have been on the phone for more than an hour to make this basic service happen.

  • danlanaddy Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

Don’t mind the GIANT cable line hanging in the middle of the pictures. Thanks to @Bell it appears that may be a permanent fixture with their service... has been for almost 6 MONTHS!! Back to @Rogers 👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼

  • __LELLI 𝔙𝔞𝔫𝔦𝔩𝔩𝔞 ℑ𝔠𝔢 △⃒⃘ (@__LELLI) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@miz_flow @Bell_Support @RogersHelps I actually didn’t get a reply and had to call in, tech coming on Wednesday. We’ve had shit service since Saturday

The amount of issues I've had with @Bell_Support and still stayed a costumer is beyond me!!! I'm over it completely trust and believe if this isn't fixed today if my house line does not return I will be changing providers PERIODT

  • FitzDrum Michael Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Of all my AppleTV apps, @Bell Fibe is the worst. Of my Android TV apps, @Bell Fibe is the worst. Of my steaming services, @Bell Crave is the worst. Of my Fibe TV channels, @Bell Media channels are the worst. Being at the bottom of everything is a quite an achievement.

  • mscott71 Mike Scott (@mscott71) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Customer service pro-tip: Even when I am not already inclined to hate your company, a sales rep showing up at my door at 9:00 at night is probably not going to win you any business. Looking at you @Bell_Support. #TooManyLiesInThePast

  • HomieRicky HomieRicky (@HomieRicky) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@UnalikNanuq @Bell Damn that download is faster than mine.

  • jojo66newbery JOM (@jojo66newbery) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@copymiller @Bell @phoneclaim don’t buy insurance on our phones anymore. service is horrible and if I get lucky i might have a phone 2 weeks after I claimed it. My car got fixed faster than this.

  • greggtilston Gregg Tilston🍷🥘🤘⛷🏎✈️🇨🇦🐾👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👧‍👦 (@greggtilston) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support @simplegearle It’s a rough number based on annual average increase. But it comes out to fifty four thousand ******* dollars. Service fees, not hardware. Just let that sink in for a second.

  • simplychowdhury S Chowdhury (@simplychowdhury) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@abelaie @Bell We have been getting hosed by service providers forever. The price we pay for Feds (CRTC) protecting companies vs consumers. Trend will continue...

  • 6ixTo6ix мadυѕнan arυna jedan (@6ixTo6ix) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell It’s not available for my area unfortunately. It’s Bell is so bad in my area. The max speed is 50mpbs.

  • MeeMichie Michie Mee (@MeeMichie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Now I just gave @Bell_Support all my information and they gonna tell me that the name they see on Twitter isn't the name on the account well duh I just gave u my name account number and issue but yet here we are AGAIN

  • delliott13 Doug 🇨🇦 (@delliott13) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Noticed my Fibe 50 internet seems painfully slow for quite awhile. Speed test says my download speed is only 24mps, 1/2 of what it should be. Not impressed at the moment.

  • SparkAlMac AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I want to cancel my service without getting hung up on after 45minutes of waiting for confirmation. Unless you can give me a 24hr line where I can cancel my service, you are of no use to me. A complaint with the better business bureau of Canada has already been filed.

  • danlanaddy Danielle (@danlanaddy) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

For over a month before we fixed it so people could access the sidewalk. We’re getting no help from @Bell (our provider) or @Rogers who the hole is under contract. 6 months with a 6’ x 6’ hole that is well over 6ft deep is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a street filled with kids. Help!

Live in Neemarket and @rogerstv Ignite is down…..has been spotty since Saturday - time to call @Bell to see what they are offering.

  • JordanTrafford_ Jordan Trafford (@JordanTrafford_) reported

You’re service is trash @Rogers, likely a big week upcoming for @Bell

  • TimJArmstrong Tim Armstrong (@TimJArmstrong) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

It is now day 4 of horrible @Rogers tv service. Choppy, freezing and black screen. #rogersignitesucks @bell

  • MacGirl75 △⃒⃘mandapedia ⚯͛ 🇨🇦 (@MacGirl75) reported

@RogersHelps @rogers day four of no wifi, virtual assistant Anna says to try again later and the tech support phone line says my wait is over 3 HOURS?!?! Ummm….and you say virtually everyone is back up? @Bell can you help with any deals on internet? #rogersoutage #rogersdown

  • Kushal_Geesawor Kushal Geesawor (@Kushal_Geesawor) reported

Just switched to @Bell. Friday was awful with @Rogers and my LTE access still doesn't work...

  • erinjz Erin Zipes (@erinjz) reported

I stupidly didn’t know that the landline we pay @Rogers for each month was VoIP and @Bell just told me they only offer VoIP too. I can’t get an old fashioned landline that won’t cut out with a power/system outage which is wild to me since we had one when we moved in.

  • MethodistMan76 MethodistMan76 🇨🇦✝️ (@MethodistMan76) reported

GOD DAMN IT @Rogers FIX THE TV AUDIO, it keeps cutting out! I'm seriously thinking of switching back to @Bell 3 days now!

  • pnomolos Phil Schalm (@pnomolos) reported

Based on recent personal interactions with @TELUSsupport and @Bell_Support and the @Rogers “incident” I feel like the only thing necessary for a startup teleco to succeed in Canada is funding and to not be grossly incompetent - they could be OK even with average incompetence!

  • zaptor999 Zaptor999 (@zaptor999) reported

@Bell Sometimes new technology is not the best for reliability. My parents switched for fiber internet and home phone, but now when power goes off, their home phone is also down. With copper, this didn't happen.

  • zaptor999 Zaptor999 (@zaptor999) reported

@rfrancey @WGG_Carmelo @Bell That's true, but they had an old non cordless back up set they bought during the past major blackout. Anyways, my point is they can spend all this money to improve reliability, but new technology sometimes also have backdraws.
