  • JamesRRubec
James Rubec (@JamesRRubec) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

Ok so here's the skinny. A plow knocked out the @bell transmission box a week ago. The next day, Bell had someone out and they fixed it. Almost a week out we've had ZERO issues. The internet is stable. #Mississauga

  • kaycechoice
Kayce Dehaney (@kaycechoice) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@Bell_Support @Bell I need help with my services, I have called 4 times with no solution.. can someone from loyalty in Canada please reach out to me. I have been getting incorrect information

@Bell The continued journey to find good internet returns #Mississauga @steve_cornwell Internet with Bell has been down all morning. I cancelled @Rogers for issues half this bad. Worked great for a week. $149 a month gets you 4 work days of access and 2 hours with Support.

@Bell_Support we just upgraded to Fibe today and now we are down. No TV or internet for a fam of 7 until tomorrow? And I work from home. Not good postinstall support. What do I tell coworkers when they ask about Fibe?

Never switched over. Wen they tell you there service call could be 8 hrs.Well no thanks. Plus the ripped up my front lawn missed their target ripped up more

@JamesMacKNZ @Bell @TELUS Same network different company. Same problems.

  • ventrescalino
Lino Ventresca (@ventrescalino) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@680NEWS @Bell @Rogers @TELUS It’s about time. Canada has the worst wireless rates of any G20 nation. But 25% reduction in two years isn’t enough. By then the big three should easily be able to deliver far better. Let competition in from the US carriers and we will see far better rates

Sad when you have to leave a company that you have been with for 20+ years @Bell @Bell_Support and switch service providers all to save money during these difficult times. Real shame @Bell should be better than this... @Ooma for the win! @CRTCeng

  • TheDiggyShow
Andrew Dignum (@TheDiggyShow) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell_Support I called already this morning. I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app. They said they would fix it but it still hasn't been fixed.

  • brant613
B-rant (@brant613) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hi Bell. FYI internet is down. Tried calling 310-BELL. Busy signal. Might want to look into that too. #bellisdown #bellfibe #Apocalypse #nowifi #nointernet #sad

  • jwbtweets
Johnny B (@jwbtweets) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@Bell just had a very frustrating experience with your Philippines based call centre. Shame on you, I pay an exorbitant amount for services and you don't even hire Canadians to provide customer service/support. #corporateaccountability #corporategreed

  • mgamble
Matthew Gamble (@mgamble) reported from Oakville, Ontario

@bramabramson @Mark_Goldberg @Bell @Rogers @TELUS @Videotron @ShawInfo The problem today is mostly on inter-carrier calls, so if calls can be routed without using those trunks it would be a big win. I think I’m going to write a follow up post this week with a primer on PSTN routing.

  • ItsJennyJ
Jennybean (@ItsJennyJ) reported from Bramalea Woods, Ontario

@Bell this phone number called claiming to be customer service agents. +14164665544 First person I spoke to was Jessica. Her badge/agent number apparently is: EQ5164. Offering to reduce my monthly bill by 30%

  • BelangerMichele

@Bell_Support having lots of issues with our internet! Very very slow uploading and downloading very difficult when working from home. Called did the reboot test still very poor. Thinking of switching providers as nothing changes. Frustrated

  • socialrobin
Robin Read Griffin (@socialrobin) reported from Milton, Ontario

@CaseP @Raptors @Bell It wasn't widespread. I have Bell Fibe and had no issues. I imagine that would have been frustrating though. Such a close game!

  • danlanaddy

Don’t mind the GIANT cable line hanging in the middle of the pictures. Thanks to @Bell it appears that may be a permanent fixture with their service... has been for almost 6 MONTHS!! Back to @Rogers 👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼

  • _Jaspreet_Somal
Jaspreet (@_Jaspreet_Somal) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@CRTCeng @Bell @CCTS_CPRST no resolution of my problem with bell. They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

  • goldentally69
Prime Time (@goldentally69) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

@Bell your team at @Bell_Support gave me a response that’s not very helpful. You know why you lost a customer that will be heading to Rogers In the next few days. Disappointed that I have to leave because I hate changing companies as I want stability!

@DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.

@Travisdhanraj @Bell @Rogers is worse. My visa expired and tried to update. On hold for over 3h. I called to “add” to my package and that’s how I got through. They told me of some offers and I would think about them. Ten mins later, I get emailed details of my new contract! I never confirmed!

  • MarZimmAnn
    Northern Girl 🇨🇦 (@MarZimmAnn) reported

@Reil76 @Bell Oh boy, I went 11 days without internet few years ago, sent me 2 different modems, couldn’t fix it over the phone, 2 repair visits before a supervisor finally showed up, looked in the main box in my townhouse complex and noticed someone unhooked me to use my line, brutal

  • k_mclean
    Katie🌼💛☀️ (@k_mclean) reported

If @Rogers door to door salesmen don’t stop coming to our door we’re actually going to cancel all our services and go to @Bell - CHECK WHO YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE BEFORE YOU HARASS THEM WEEKLY, YOU HAVE ALL OUR BUSINESS 🫠🙄😡 my god

Is there an issue with Bell network on L4H area? @Bell_Support

  • HenryEd13
    Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported

@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.

  • NoSacredBeliefs
    306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported

@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

  • VanMeik211
    Vanessa 🇨🇦🏊🏻‍♀️🚴🏃‍♀️ (@VanMeik211) reported

@Reil76 @Bell Bell sent me to collections for failing to return equipment during Covid, when stores wouldn't accept it and they didn't send labels to mail it back. Everything about Bell sucks, and their fees are outrageous. Good luck!
