  • peterfromottawa Peter McGregor (@peterfromottawa) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I think that @Bell should change their slogan for #Fibe internet to highlight the way they throttle the hell out the speed. HATE that my condo board forced us onto this SHIT Internet. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you like to stream music without it pausing to buffer every 20 seconds.

  • mitchcochran 𝗠𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗿𝗮𝗻 (@mitchcochran) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell it took 1 hour & 6 minutes over 4 calls today to fix your billing errors. (Including hanging up on me). Won't be forgotten when I'm up for renewal in a few months.

  • lindanirvana Linda Meszaros (@lindanirvana) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support my Internet has been down since yesterday. Done all the checkings, resets, etc and no luck. I need help and cant wait again an hour in the phone for someone to picl up. Please help

  • socialrobin Robin Read Griffin (@socialrobin) reported from Milton, Ontario

@CaseP @Raptors @Bell It wasn't widespread. I have Bell Fibe and had no issues. I imagine that would have been frustrating though. Such a close game!

  • WayneRodriguez Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell I'm having the worst #CustomerService right now chatting with a Bell rep on the Bell website. He was desperate to call me to discuss "the best deal" and when I said I don't want to have a phone call, he's making me wait while he finds the deal. Pathetic service.

  • jwbtweets Johnny B (@jwbtweets) reported from Brampton, Ontario

@Bell just had a very frustrating experience with your Philippines based call centre. Shame on you, I pay an exorbitant amount for services and you don't even hire Canadians to provide customer service/support. #corporateaccountability #corporategreed

  • SUPAHOT5109 Quinn (@SUPAHOT5109) reported from Mississauga, Ontario

    @iChrisHazard @Bell Bruh they don't allow mine to go past 15mbps 💀💀💀💀💀 it's a damn joke

  • danschaumann Dan Schaumann (@danschaumann) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@NoseworthyV @Bell Ridiculous. As a telco there’s absolutely NO excuse for not being able to send that warning text message. I was so frustrated I cancelled my service with them the same day & signed up with Freedom - so far so good, significantly cheaper and more than double the data

  • alishakassam alisha kassam (@alishakassam) reported from Brockton Village, Ontario

Hi @Bell_Support, your reps have called me 3 times in 2 days, and now they claim my tech visit has changed *somehow* to a different day and different time - again. I think y’all know how hard it is to be home for 5 hour windows during the workweek. Pls help a gal out.

  • WayneRodriguez Wayne Rodrigues (@WayneRodriguez) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell I didn't subscribe to your service for me to miss the dying minutes of the #NBAfinals last night. I thought it was my connection at home but it was on your end. Horrible #CustomerExperience

  • jessicazita Jessica Zita (@jessicazita) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@DavidASmithLaw @RogersHelps It’s no better on the other side. @Bell fibe cut out completely with 35 seconds left in the game...#wtf what a joke.

  • claudiadorego Claudia DoRego (@claudiadorego) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I’m saddened by the news that once again, Canadians are calling 911 in response to an early morning amber alert. For some reason, my phone doesn’t receive them (any help with this issue is welcome @bell), but I wouldn’t be complaining if I was woken up at 5AM to find a child.

  • jvanden_ Jessica Vandenberg (@jvanden_) reported from Toronto, Ontario

**** @Bell_Support !!!! @willlamond been on chat for THREE hours AFTER an hour spent on phone AND time wasted getting a “replacement modem” that also doesn’t work. Also money now wasted on data and work being compromised with lack of internet. #saynotobell

  • GregMcIsaac Greg (@GregMcIsaac) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Wtf - Bell brutal timing for my fibe connection to conk out @Bell

  • CaseP Casey E. Palmer (@CaseP) reported from Toronto, Ontario

    @mommydoing @Raptors @Bell Maybe it's a local issue. Oh well. On to Game 6....

  • hansy_k H (@hansy_k) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Way to crap out at maybe THE most crucial moment in #TorontoSports, @bell. What. A. FAIL.

  • its_ansy Anas Ahmed (@its_ansy) reported from Toronto, Ontario

So tired of @Bell Can’t give their customers good loyalty offers. Definitely, changing my service to @RogersBiz

  • fifth_element75 Peter Kattan (@fifth_element75) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell #worse #customerexperience that I’ve had to deal with! @Bell_Support Keep changing promos & prices over night. #CustomerService calling to figure out what went wrong but can’t even help or fix the situation! The worst part is they hang up if u don’t accept what’s offered!

  • KevinVuongTO Kevin Vuong 🇨🇦 (@KevinVuongTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@jellerton @Bell_Support It's infuriating, this upsets me beyond belief as a customer and is extremely concerning as a shareholder. It's not like #Game6 was a surprise, they had time to prepare...

  • jvanden_ Jessica Vandenberg (@jvanden_) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support DMs do not show the world the shit service that is going on. Much easier to cancel then to go through more of this agony. #robbery

@Bell_Support Hi, I’m from Markham area and my internet was lost again. The internet had been very unstable since Thursday December 15. This is causing a lot of inconvenience. Can you please send a technician to check the external fibre cable in the neighborhood? Thanks.

  • rfkgaming Kai (@rfkgaming) reported

@Bell_Support Hello I’m wondering how to find out when bell will offer FTTH to my location, as I need faster then want FTTN can offer me. I would need 1GB down at minimum. Chat support has not been helpful and some have told me 50Mbps is all anyone needs.

  • kinsellawarren Warren Kinsella (@kinsellawarren) reported

DAY SEVEN: @bell Internet still nonexistent. Bell, which is possibly the worst telecom company in the world (and that's saying something), is now sending a seventh technician to allegedly fix the problem. You couldn't make this up if you tried.

  • michaelmac2525 Michael 2009 (@michaelmac2525) reported

@Bell_Support your services are absolutely garbage! For almost 2 months I've had nothing but freezing and pixelated TV! They changed all my equipment 2 weeks ago and now want to change it again! Moving to @Rogers I guess is my only option

  • Trammieee Trammie Tse (@Trammieee) reported

@Bell If you want to waste a couple of days, call Bell customer service. They will gladly tell you wrong information so you believe they can help you. Then when you call back, they tell you their OWN TEAM LIED, so in order to fix your problem it will cost you another $100.

  • manonymos Manish Kumar (@manonymos) reported

@Bell_Support Horrible service. You and @TELUSsupport both are looting customers with accounting/billing errors for middle of the cycle switch. Please tell me how is it possible for anyone to switch services to align perfectly to you billing cycles?
