Worst of all, female from the bell fraud department dropped the phone line on my face.

They always tell me that a tech representative will visit my area but this never has happened. And funny thing is, 5g symbol shows on my phone screen wen calls are dropping and data is slower than 2g. This looks like a scam. Plz look into it

When I told him I'm cancelling soon to go with another provider he transfered me to a higher level person and guess what: I got a message that the number is not in service! How stupid!!!

The fence is falling down, the rods protrude into the sidewalk unless WE bend them back and pull the fence up every other day. It’s not safe and at the end of the day, it’s our home. It doesn’t need to be that way for 6+ months.

First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. When the tornado ripped through her neighbourhood and she lost power for multiple days, we could always reach her by phone. She had to switch to VOIP- no choice. Now, half the time her line doesn't work.
