I’m looking to open a new account and after two hours in a bell store and 55 minutes on the phone with 5 different people I’m still not done. They keep transferring me to the wrong department. They lied and only sent the home hub. When we called to ask about the pods they gave us the run around and treated us like children.

I hope they have a look at it then earliest, my phone services are surviving on wifi at this moment . Calls are dropping, and it’s cellular data is not working at all.
