@Bell_Support the frequency of your internet outages is unacceptable. The service constantly cuts in and out regularly, and the technicians are not helpful at all. If customers can't rely on you 100% of the time, you have failed.

Beware @bell promotions, this is the fifth time coming back with an offer. Down to 210+ taxes, for the first 5 months then back to 220 not even close to @rogers $169.41+taxes or even Bell’s new client offers, this is comical, certainly not customer friendly

@Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

@beanfield @Bell Heads up, there’s been a Bell rep in my building trying to siphon away all the Beanfield customers. Ironically, that’s what prompted my call to Bell which ultimately reminded me of their bad customer service and why I switched to Beanfield. DM me if you‘d like the address.

@Bell Bell refuses to repair land lines as they are being decommissioned in march 2023 in some areas. Despite paying for a land line technicians are not being sent out to fix them. Shame on Bell leaving paying customers vulnerable.
-
Matheson Steplock
(@MathesonStep) reported
@notshenetworks @kmenzel_gaming The speeds @Bell offers in their non-pure fiber neighbourhoods are disgustingly slow considering the CRTC considers an acceptable high speed internet plan to be 50 down 10 up. In Ontario we basically have 2 options, Bell DSL or Rogers Cable, neither are very reliable or affordable

@Bell Canada constantly increases my Internet cost. I really want to move away from them. I had a contract of 150MB/sec service. After I moved, it is only 60MB/sec, but they don't allow me to cancel, because of the contract. Any method to get me out of the contract?
