    Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

    @nicklmg @Bell_Support the part that kills me is that I try so hard to lead them down the right path each time. 8-5 block. I call at 12. Assured they’ll be there later. 3pm, getting nervous, call again. No, really they’re coming. 5pm, call AGAIN -they were there at 10, sir. No. No they were not. 🙃

    @Bell @Bell_Support I called bell Canada 3 times today, each time it was someone based off in Philippines ! Need someone who understands the issues I am having with internet local !

    After 1.5 month of trying to become a @Bell mobility customer (2 accounts, 2 SIM card deliveries incomplete, countless hours on the phone and chat), I've decided it's not worth it despite the enticing offer they made me ($60/month for 30GB of data).

    hi @Bell_Support i am a bell’s customer for last 3 years. I just moved to Ottawa and facing a hard time with network connectivity. Can you please tell me how can i get stable network for me? I moved from Toronto to Ottawa.
