Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

Yes, @Telus and @Rogers indulge in the same sort of shitty corporate behaviour @bell does, partly because consumers and the toothless CRTC tolerate it. But that's also the most powerful tool we the consumers have to signal to corporations that we demand better ethically. (/3)
