Awesome when you stay home for the weekend so @Bell_Support can come do a service call on Sunday. They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

@MahyJ @Bell Seriously just switch to Telus while youre a fresh customer. Promise you'll save a lot of money in the long run. 20 years with Bell and for whatever reason they choose to be the most expensive provider in Canada.
