They never show up and you call and get the “oh the person you previously spoke to messed up.” Not good enough. Get it together. There better be some reimbursement ASAP.

J (@JKor24) reported@dm661213 @APaddyInCanada @Bell_Support Thanks man. They quoted 9:30am last night but now 9:30-1:30, so it might go longer. Looks like construction crew did pretty severe damage to a main fibre cable line.
