@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

Dear @Bell You've got to be the most painful company I've ever worked with. Your services are minimal and your customer service team is lackluster at BEST. Happy to be switching services in the near future.

It also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2

@Bell_Support It is not an inconvenience when your door-to-door refuse to acknowledge the words No and Not Interested more than 4 times. That's a problem, and this interaction is a reflection of that problem where you still refuse to answer the original question after being asked twice.

@bell do you have a 'call-me-back' support feature? I have just spent 35 aggravating minutes of my time with one of your support reps to return 2 remotes that don't work and he spent the entire time not listening to my answers, following a script, trying to sell me 1/
