@FAN590 while I am glad @MapleLeafs won last night, was disappointed that I had to resort to an off shore stream to watch it. #blackout #sucks @Bell

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

It also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2

  • YourLancer Lance Loranger (@YourLancer) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell_Support where can we see a map of an outage

  • ve3jqr Jeffrey Richards (@ve3jqr) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

Anybody else getting limited cell data and signal on @Bell @Bell_Support ??????

  • dhoefkens67 Drew Hoefkens (@dhoefkens67) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

Dear @Bell You've got to be the most painful company I've ever worked with. Your services are minimal and your customer service team is lackluster at BEST. Happy to be switching services in the near future.

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

Only 2 more days with THE WORST internet service from @Bell until we get a new ISP on Monday. 🙏🙏🙏 Cancelling home phone, internet and satellite. #goodbyebell

  • BourqueKearney Don Kearney-Bourque (@BourqueKearney) reported from Norfolk County, Ontario

@Bell’s HORRIBLE internet that hasn’t worked for almost TWO weeks means that I’ll need their #BellLetsTalk services next year when I’m in an asylum because I’ve lost my mind trying to get online for work and personal surfing. Glad we’re going with @RogersHelps June 13th. #Byebell

@Bell You. Are. The. Worst. Service. Provider. Ever.

@Bell why do I receive scam texts and calls never happened when I was with Tellus

  • gem_k_ Gem 🐝🐾 (@gem_k_) reported

@Bell_Support My service is back now thankfully!

  • sgreensparrow John Miles (@sgreensparrow) reported

@Bell_Support It's back up now, I was just letting you know since it seemed to be province wide and you never mentioned it on your twitter

  • paulvtanguay Paul Tanguay (@paulvtanguay) reported

@Bell_Support @aznoclone FYI, another person here with internet issues.

  • LotharvonHohen1 Lothar von Hohenzollern (@LotharvonHohen1) reported

@EndthestigmaCo @Bell_Support Lol! You've not played this game before. "Under no circumstances will Bell be held liable for any financial damages that may occur due to service outage"

  • unionwill Will Fully vaccinated! ☮🇨🇦🇳🇱🦺🏒💉💉 (@unionwill) reported

@Bell_Support I've not been able to make outgoing calls all day. I'm in BC. My internet and text messaging are good, however. When do you expect phone service to be restored?

  • ETHGenius Ronin (@ETHGenius) reported

@Bell Since some of you seem confused and/or hopeful after reading this I'll clear it up for you. "Available to new residential customers" these offers are never for existing customers, they of course are just trying to lure in new customers.

  • user14201 Craig (@user14201) reported

@EComm911_info @Bell_Support Seems we need better regulations to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. These companies make huge money, they should be forced to keep their systems working in an emergency. Especially if it's only one company, not everything.

  • Freedom84956865 backup alberta51 SOS (@Freedom84956865) reported

Anyone in Calgary have a @TELUSsupport outage today? @Bell was out for about 1hr think of switching back to Telus. I use my phone 12hrs a day at work. 20gb of data per month. Can’t work if I don’t have data.

  • ulka32 Ursula Melski (@ulka32) reported

@Bell should try reverse engineering their customer process map. Start by calling your own call centre and see how easy it isn’t to make the smallest changes to your account. Business processes should be designed with the customer in mind, not the platforms you use to manage them
