    @Bell_Support Yes..I was decent and your staff was rude. I have requested phone unlocking from My Bell portal and I got a confirmation that it will be resolved with 24 hrs but when I requested updates he said that request may take more time and no define timelines..even weeks!!

    Called @Bell because the competition can offer me better Internet speed. I went to the loyalty department, and they said you'll be getting FTTH SOON. I asked when 1m, 6m, 1y, 3ys. LD; I don't know. ME; Then why did you say soon? #Fail #WorseCustomerSupport

    @Bell -not happy with service today, 4 days to get receiver mailed, 4-5 days without TV, expected to install receiver myself, had to push hard to get better service, told tech does not have in trucks-with what I pay monthly should not have had fight this hard-did get a tech in-70
