    @Bell_Support Yes..I was decent and your staff was rude. I have requested phone unlocking from My Bell portal and I got a confirmation that it will be resolved with 24 hrs but when I requested updates he said that request may take more time and no define timelines..even weeks!!

    @bell Promotions are trash. Signed up for internet last year and received a defective $100 gift card. It was replaced with another defective one. Every call to customer service, no notes are taken. Guess I have to call and record it for accountability? #bhell #badcustomerservice

    @Bell_Support hello, I got the new remote, thank you. But my receiver is getting very hot, is that normal? Also, when I watch TV the TV goes black for a second or two every few minutes. It is not a TV issue, it is a receiver issue. The TV doesn't go black with the game console

    Supposed to be getting 4 free months of free Crave+HBO & a $30 credit/month for 12 months w/@bell_support & now you people are telling me, after spending hours on the phone since November, I have to pay for a service you gave me for free for messing up repeatedly. This is illegal

    @Bell cut a @RogersHelps line near Beeton Ontario rushing to install their fibre network. They have taken my @TekSavvyNetwork internet down all day. Best way to take the competition down! Cut the rates instead of cutting your competitions cables!
