    @Bell_Support Yes..I was decent and your staff was rude. I have requested phone unlocking from My Bell portal and I got a confirmation that it will be resolved with 24 hrs but when I requested updates he said that request may take more time and no define timelines..even weeks!!

    @Bell @TorontoDefiant @overwatchleague My husband got a $600 incentive from work, separate deposit. Total deposit = $295. 50% deductions. Hard to see it so blatantly. At least he has excellent benefits from his union or we would be in trouble. Grrr

    @Bell_Support I’m so frustrated. 7.5 hrs installing an upgraded internet service only to have home phone not working. Tried to resolve, for a half second worked. Back to busy tone. I’m so NOT happy. Wasted my entire weekend for this. #timeisprecious #stress

    @Bell Would be nice if your service was actually reliable. I’ve had 3 techs come in two weeks and now have to schedule a fourth because the fibre connection is unreliable…def going to switch

    @RogersHelps I'm leaving @Rogers The @Bell technician that came to do the SAME JOB was amazing, courteous, and did the job in 10 min. You can't even be bothered to send someone back to fix your mess that takes 10 minutes to do. And you gaslit me during my complaint.

    @Bell_Support When call booked for modem & STB not pairing why would your tech try to fix remotely & leave customer sitting all day waiting for proper service call? Is this what you call good service? You just lost (yet another) customer; I am cancelling all services. #bellsucks
