I have requested phone unlocking from My Bell portal and I got a confirmation that it will be resolved with 24 hrs but when I requested updates he said that request may take more time and no define timelines..even weeks!!

Bobby (@Zubes22) reported@Bell the absolute worst. They’ve admitted they’re wrong for months but still have charges on our bill that are unjustified. They have now cut our cell service while we wait “for the next billing cycle for changes to take effect”. I’ve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!

Why not fix your dang virtual assistant that no matter what I select it says that your systems have an error and cannot put callers through an agent. Are you paying agents to do nothing? "You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway
