    @Bell_Support maybe instead of telling everyone to send a DM actually let us know what’s going on. Many people are saying you aren’t responding to DMs after specifically telling them to do so. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour to even be told the issue is being looked into.

    @Bell_Support I have phoned in as well and got almost NO HELP. The service is either nothing or 1 bar at my home. I have missed work calls and now have a $35 invoice from my doctor for a missed tele-appointment. I go 3 blocks from my home and boom - 4 bars. What is going on?

    @Bell_Support it would be nice if you could provide your customers who have experienced the mobility outage over the last few hours with an automatic rebate. Or perhaps you can drop your 'most reliable network advertising'?
