    @Bell Just loving the Bell response. Our area has had no service since Saturday afternoon: tv, internet, home phone all down. They keep moving the date of resolution. Rogers is looking good right now

    Well @Bell_Support @Bell I give up. After 20+ years of being a loyal customer, I am done. Useless customer service. All I needed was help with my wifi & then being sent on a wild goose chase for a modem that didn't exist. Rogers now has my business. Do better.

    @Bell hey @bell. Who do I talk to. 1220 on Fibe is suppose to be showing ford fireworks but cv show has taken over channel. Why does this always happen. HELP

    @Bell_Support my cable, internet, phone went down May 29th. It’s now June 27th. I been ONE MONTH without services y’all keep giving me the run around but charge me $200 per month for service. I spent 2.5 hrs on phone with tech support last night they PROMISED tech to come today

    @Bell_Support your rep sold me the fibre internet saying I will get 1.5GBPS speed, it hasn't gone even 350MBPS, my existing @Rogers non-fibre internet is 500MBPS. Then your tech support said they will call me in 24 hrs, no one called, and when I called them, they talk rude.

    @Bell_Support just been hung up on by one of your customer service agents because she said they had sent out wifi pods but I have not received them and kept asking for info I did not have. I'm a new customer,not a great first impression.
