    A few attempts of this later, Quebec finally decided they would fix it in the next 4-6 weeks. What? You incorrectly billed me ~$500 and you want to hold on to it for another 4-6 weeks? I paid penalty to cancel @Rogers, went with @Bell and never looked back.

    @Bell @Rogers Since your services were down what kind of credit will you be applying to customer accounts? Considering you’re all very quick to charge us for overage charges it would be nice to see something given back to the people that support your businesses.

    @Bell when will the network be fixed? I am not able to make my important work calls. This is really disappointing. Please revert asap.

    @Bell_Support Is it a down reported? Because since yesterday I'm not able to make or receive calls. It says Emergency Calls only.

    No significant issues on any of our networks though customers are having issues trying to connect with Rogers wireless numbers today. @bell
