@Bell_Support all our Bell services have been out since 2:36 am. Last service update at 3:15 am said expected resolution by 11:11 am. Now 1:57 pm. Maybe time for an update??

@Bell 800 dollars for a month's worth of local calls? In 2010? But why? Any plan in my price range would have had evenings and weekends that started at 5pm by 2010. Can't you just pretend I'm a new customer? Instead of at the end of a three year contract?

@Bell there is an outage in my neighborhood. Your support staff don't seem to understand how fibre optics work. If there is no light coming out of the cable, rebooting a modem isn't going to change anything.

@Bell_Support Any updates on this issue??? Our lawns are still destroyed and there are holes and trip hazards. If someone falls in this hole, you are liable for this.
