Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • MarlaM112 marla MSW (@MarlaM112) reported

    @Bell Bell refuses to repair land lines as they are being decommissioned in march 2023 in some areas. Despite paying for a land line technicians are not being sent out to fix them. Shame on Bell leaving paying customers vulnerable.

  • BuddyBrennan Buddy Brennan (@BuddyBrennan) reported

    @Bell_Support (2 of 2) to phone the business department. I was out of time. It seems that everyone at bell is taught to be polite and to apologize but not to solve problems. Is your system designed intentionally to make people frustrated?

  • KevJames78 Kevin James (@KevJames78) reported

    @Bell_Support hey how about sending me a phone that works instead of a broken one? Called your help line and got bo help. Basically send it back and we'll send you a new one. In the meantime twiddle your thumbs while you wait. Top notch service #BellSucks

  • GrahfMetal Jeffrey Canam #TransRightsAreHumanRights (@GrahfMetal) reported

    Started playing #TheCrew2 and I was LOVING it until my internet routinely went down, 'cause I'm stuck with @Bell, whose internet servers haven't been updated since 1998. Anyway, the game locked me out until I regained internet. WTF, @IVORYTOWERoffic, Why do I HAVE to be online?!?

  • PaulTRT Paul Zhou (@PaulTRT) reported

    @Bell Canada constantly increases my Internet cost. I really want to move away from them. I had a contract of 150MB/sec service. After I moved, it is only 60MB/sec, but they don't allow me to cancel, because of the contract. Any method to get me out of the contract?

  • brezvideo Brendan Bresnahan (@brezvideo) reported

    @Bell_Support Customer service fail

  • Jopgood Jane Hopgood (@Jopgood) reported

    @Bell came home to no internet. Your tech support says it’s a planned outage for 48 hours in Toronto. This is unacceptable. 2 business days? No notification!? In 2022? Unacceptable
