According to @NSEconomicDev it's supposed to be up and running by the end of April. Any truth to that? Space X will soon become a reality if this continues to drag on.

If you want scam calls to stop, NEVER answer unfamiliar numbers. If it’s legit and important, people will leave a voicemail. That’s how I’ve dealt with this. I very rarely get scam calls anymore.
