@Bell Had horrible packet loss with Bell, then I switched to Videotron. I get better speeds, no random price changes, and no packet loss.

@Bell I have been a loyal Bell customer but every few months my bill charges have been creeping up despite my numerous attempts to bring it down. I can no longer afford your services & will be switching. Please do not call me to come back once I switch. Once I switch, that's it.

Anyone having trouble with Bell Fibe Internet and TV(which works on the Internet)? Mines been screwing up for weeks or longer intermittently. It comes back usually but today was down from 9am-7pm now. @Bell_Support hasn't been any help. The problem is likely on Bell's side.

After terrible service from a @Bell agent who gave wrong info then abandoned the service chat, 2 other Bell agents stepped up & got me to @CraveCanada tech support yesterday. Today, on a Saturday, that Crave agent followed up & my Crave subscription is fixed. Thank you Mary G!

@Bell Bell is a joke. We got Fibe in my subdivision recently, got a killer deal for internet and Fibe TV. 4 months later, they decide to add $50 to my bill. Told @Bell to come pick up their junk equipment and back to @Rogers for cheaper service on Ignite.
