@JolieAnnSasso @Bell_Support I feel your pain. It was pixelating and cutting in and out. Then I rebooted it and now I stare at the same screen as you. Brilliant service. We get hosed in Canada!!

@Bell 2/2 absolutely ridiculous. Just like the last time YOU guys ****** up my internet before a long weekend during a workday and none of your tech support could even help. If it’s your fault, then PRIORITIZE it. Not let us lose a whole day of work because of YOU. YAY for CS.

My TV is down. I waited half an hour for TV technical support @Bell_Support Then, Bell disconnected the line. Then, I waited for over an hour... Wide outage in the region. Service is still not restored. Do I need to switch to Rogers to be able to watch TV?

@Bell_Support Any word on a time for having this repaired ? No TV services in Hamilton ON. And the Fibe App can give us live TV but won’t let us see anything from our pvr during this outage.

@Bell_Support Bell Fibe not working. Can not connect to support. In the Hamilton area. I’m done with bell. I’m switching to Cogeco which offers way better download speed and the same tv package for half the price and no contract.
