@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Well I’m no expert but I would say it does not matter if you have the cheapest or most expensive package it’s the signal around your house not the speed.

  • eric_habs Eric 🥃 🇨🇦 (@eric_habs) reported

@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Let’s say you have the cheapest package vs the most expensive they both work with the same modem the signal output is the same it’s only your speeds for downloading and uploading that changes. Do you have fibe

  • eric_habs Eric 🥃 🇨🇦 (@eric_habs) reported

@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support I’m surprised are you sure it’s not a defective modem because I have a large two story house and the modem is on the main floor and it’s full signal everywhere in the house with no need for pods.

@Bell I wish I did not know your loyalty since 1972. You tell anyone how you don't cheat them.... I would call you long distance, but I can't now. I still pay my usually stupid bill every month, other than this month when you promised me a paper bill. You promised me paper.

  • sunnyja007 anupam jaishwal (@sunnyja007) reported

@DarkwolfAmatiel @Bell_Support That is what i can see. Its been almost 24 hours since the cc reached out to me saying they are looking for a “resolution”. Still no updates. @Bell_Support

  • philosogilvie Cameron Ogilvie (@philosogilvie) reported

@woody_VA @Bell Fair, it's probably also likely, as in my example, that plugging directly into your router might help your speed a bit

  • farnaznaz farnaz (@farnaznaz) reported

@Bell every time I call the customer service 18664810944 I spend 2-3 hours on the phone. Last agent responded me from Philippine and he said his supervisor will call me in 2 hours! That would be my 10:30 pm. It’s 11:20 pm and still no calls.

  • giampaolo19 Giampaolo Scatozza (@giampaolo19) reported

@geometradesign @Bell I have Vodafone and it's not that bad.

  • eric_habs Eric 🥃 🇨🇦 (@eric_habs) reported

@Nilan3073 @Bell_Support Oh so why have you never switched. I just switched to videotron and between my two cell phones and tv and internet I’m saving 77 dollars a month for two years and even after two years I’m saving 55 dollars compared to what I was paying

  • Phokse_Guy James Possamai (@Phokse_Guy) reported

So could I get the same service for more money @Bell? All I wanted was to pay for my phone bill. How is my 60 year old account stupid?
