Hey @Bell...I pay $20/month for your @TSN Live app which constantly conks out preventing me from watching NBA games. I end up watching the game through other sources which are free of charge, making me realize I never need to pay you again. Your business model is weird.

@Bell_Support Bell, the worst company in the world. No show today for install. Gives a time window of 8 AM to 5 PM to we may not show up at all. Call Bell, talk to a guy until he gets frustrated with me because I want an answer and he hangs up. Customer service at its finest

@Bell You are an embarrassment. My service rep for the ever present screen glitches, pixelation, frame freezing, blue screen, etc was based in the Philippines! Wonder why you’re hiring them? Hmm… All Bell customers put up with this and @CRTCeng is part of the problem. Failures.

And nothing to do with anything on-site. Rogers won't help me out do anything to correct the situation, causing me to lose work days as a result. This is entirely unacceptable and I will have to move my business elsewhere with my only other option being @Bell.

@Bell BS. Your wifi is ******* awful. It’s not even working at all.

@Bell_Support I am not sure who this goes to, Bell recently repaired a downed fiber line and in my opinion it's way to low and will be ripped down again. I think it should be looked at so I don't lose my fiber again.

@Bell fix your “high speed” data and stop advertising “reduced speed” data because it’s none existent. I either get somewhat usable data when I have “high speed” or I don’t get anything with your “reduced speed”

@brittlestar @Bell_Support How do you call for service if your phone doesn’t work?

@Bell_Support That we are in 2022 and this is the best Bell Canada can provide the people of Canada is a disgrace. What an utter embarrassment Bell is. That’s what monopolies create. Crap products and service while gouging the customer who is treated like a target/mark. Just yuck. Vile.
