@Bell WARNING: Your sales team pulled a bait and switch on me saying bell was offering competitive plans in response to the Rogers outage in July. I was offered a better plan and agreed to switch. I found out after the plan offered did not exist and now forced to stay and upgrade

@Bell and nobody at your customer service lines will help and have just told me to upgrade my plan. Not only that, the phones offered in this plan don't work properly and bell did not even port my number properly. I have called numerous times with nobody being helpful at all.

@Rogers @Ont_Ombudsman Having incompetent agents is one way to over extend your retention team staff. Had an agent put me on hold for 45 mins to laugh and hang up . will be going to @bell

@Bell_Support After nothing but delays and excuses from Bell in over 6 hours on the phone over the last few days I’ve decided to look for a different provider. Who knew it was so hard to simply provide working internet to a paying customer.

1/1 Awful customer services from @Bell I wanted to switch from my current network operator to a different one, so I decided to do it with Bell through EPP. I placed an order yesterday when I went to the pickup location (Conestoga Mall, Waterloo), they said they couldn't process

@Bell_Support contract number BDB7HS4S. This morning I contacted your service staff again they said they can come over but will charge us $100, so I contacted the sales again asking her why she promised $0 installation when we first time talked to her. She said because she assumed it was easy

So @bell is able to buy multiple small internet service providers, lobby to have the wholesale rates increased, block third party access to their tax payer funded fibre lines and you say @CRTCeng is for the benefit of Canadians? @justintrudeau’s corruption is insane.
