    @TheHunterChef @Bell @FibeBell I went through the same thing a couple of months ago. I had to unplug my modem for a few minutes to solve the issue. Just rebooting didn't do anything, took a complete shutdown to resolve the problem.

    Ok @Bell Do u actually have service in Lucan Ontario? Someone was waiting ALL DAY for you to come as per the appointment to set up television etc..!!!! Unable to get a proper response from phone staff. “Someone to call tomorrow”!!! 🙄😡

    @Bell_Support Hi, is there some kind of issue in the Main and Gerrard area (Toronto)...I cannot ot make or receive phone calls...they get dropped or go to a busy signal. It started some time around 8pm tonight.

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    @vandewallefarm @Bell_Support Apparently we had a bell tower go down in our area and they chose not to repair. Large dead zone No notice or concern from bell. Switched to Rodger’s and half price from what it was w far superior service. Same phones and numbers, seamless switching…That’s my experience.
