    @Bell customer service agents first don't accept their mistake and when they realize they don't have a valid defense they make false promises to evade the situation.

    That's awesome @Bell. I'm paying for 1.5gbps Internet but you gave me a WiFi5 modem, meaning I can't get the proper speeds unless I pay extra for a WiFi6 modem? Classy! #Fail

    @Bell @Bell_Support so it’s been 40 hours that a 90 ur old visullay impaired person has no phone service. And u respond saying that it will take 24-48 hrs to look into the issue. Are u kidding ???

    Living room desktop is connected to wired internet to my bell wifi pod, Spent way too much time in the store asking questions about possible Bell TV service. Thanks the source @Bell

    @normwilner Called @Bell_Support about no calls (SMS fine) on LG phone & tech wasn't of any help. Uninstall GOOGLE app. Worked for me. Glitch in latest update Known in beta but pushed live anyway, as noted in app reviews. @googledevs

    Latest from @BELL, the absolutely suckiest company for customer service. Lost me internet and television feed spend 40 minutes on the phone trying to get it back. Finally guy says will send technician between 5 and 7 tonight. 1/2 #LdnOnt #BellCanadaSucks
