I got a call from them in the middle of November and they said they would get rid of $50 over charges so I called back today and said they never promised me that and were seriously rude about it. They tried to tell me I never sent them the equipment back ( that after some Telus goof tried to make me believe the Canada Post will come driving out to the sticks and pick it up ) luckily I didn’t believe him and sent it by registered mail. Took me almost 3 months and many phone calls and a lot of grandstanding by Telus before they finally stopped being jerks.
