@Bell I was just talking to your loyalty team and they were seriously rude. I got a call from them in the middle of November and they said they would get rid of $50 over charges so I called back today and said they never promised me that and were seriously rude about it. IM DONE

My wife @meggiewalk is the most non-violent person anywhere but she is about to throw the clicker through the TV because the service from @BELL is so atrocious with the freezing and stalling. She called @Rogers today. Bell TV is absolute garbage. #CABLE

How @Bell @Bell_Support make there money. Call to upgrade my cell plan have to pay to change it, ok no problem. The agent changes it to the wrong plan. So I call back and they want to charge me AGAIN to go to the correct plan. @RogersMobileCa what plans you got for me.

@Bell Can someone explain why Bell calls 2-3 times DAILY and never leave a message?? Could I answer, sure! But I don't want to, so if it's THAT important that you call multiple times daily, leave a message with the issue, simple, then I'll call you back.

@Bell Your customer service is atrocious and fraudulent Mobile phone plan offer not upheld, my plan has changed without my permission, given the run-around bounced between departments with conflicting information and hung up upon continuously for 5+ hours trying to fix your error
