I got a call from them in the middle of November and they said they would get rid of $50 over charges so I called back today and said they never promised me that and were seriously rude about it. He asked for my number & he would call me. No call. I was also without my internet and tv from Thursday afternoon to today at noon. WOW, did I miss it.

There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!
