    @Bell I was just talking to your loyalty team and they were seriously rude. I got a call from them in the middle of November and they said they would get rid of $50 over charges so I called back today and said they never promised me that and were seriously rude about it. IM DONE

    @Bell_Support we've had an internet outage since yesterday afternoon. Last update was at 1:39pm yesterday to say it was a network equipment issue and would be resolved by 9:39pm last night. Still no internet and no idea when we'll get it back. Any info?

Not the way to handle your serious mess ups. start fire the ceo, 2nd come clean with us on how you handle situations where staff have been mistreated
