I got a call from them in the middle of November and they said they would get rid of $50 over charges so I called back today and said they never promised me that and were seriously rude about it. Agent that’s helping to fix my modem ends the call and doesn’t call back, they sent a defective modem and want me to pick up a new one! store doesn’t have it available, new one ships in 1 or 2 days, no options to get a tech to come, no internet to work… A joke.

Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I'm happy where I am.
