@Bell I was just talking to your loyalty team and they were seriously rude. I got a call from them in the middle of November and they said they would get rid of $50 over charges so I called back today and said they never promised me that and were seriously rude about it. IM DONE

Hey @Bell , Just spoke with Sagar on your Sales Line, at 8:04 AM, and I asked him to stop talking, so I could get a word in. He said, “Did you say, ‘Stop’?” I said, “Yeah,”, and he said, “That is rude.” What the hell else am I supposed to do when the agent won’t let me speak?

@Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

@Bell I am absolutely blown away just how terrible this company is. I don't recommend anyone do business with them...unless the customers enjoy terrible service and incompetence. I have spoken to this company multiple times and they still screw the customer over.

@Bell so when someone has been a customer for >50 years, and they stupidly die mid-2yr contract (mom, seriously bad planning) they still have to pay your cancellation penalties? Make it make sense please.
