Seosamh De Barra (@seosamhdebarra) reported from Wood Buffalo, Alberta@Bell I was just talking to your loyalty team and they were seriously rude. I got a call from them in the middle of November and they said they would get rid of $50 over charges so I called back today and said they never promised me that and were seriously rude about it. IM DONE

CDN_Karma (@cdn_karma) reported@z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.

Kelly (@finnandbeau) reported@LeslieBall29 @Bell_Support Ours has been terrible in Tantallon the last few weeks! And yes we rebooted as well, multiple times!
-
Scott Simpson -- Remedies Online Counseling 🏳️🌈 (@RemediesPodcast) reportedThe Bell phone corporation are quite the scammers. We stopped all my elderly mother's Bell services, sent back the equipment, but they continued to charge her via a pre-authorized agreement. Tried calling customer service @Bell_Support and it is a clown show designed to frustrate.

306 Shane (@NoSacredBeliefs) reported@Bell And DM'd you were... And unsurprisingly, you have no solutions. You discovered that life in Canada is expensive and so people are cutting down on expenses where they can... But you couldn't possibly have that. So now you seek to curtail one's ability to use their hotspot to try and drive people to take on Home Internet service... Something you don't even provide in the province of Saskatchewan. Interesting times when you opt to make your service delivery worse than Rogers.

NS (@kojam2022) reportedNorth York. Internet was down for about 10 mins. Over 2 hours into watching a 3+ hour volleyball game. At a crucial match point. 😡 What happened? Modem had a red OK indicating fibre issue. Was it scheduled maintenance? It's after 2am. Not happy. @Bell_Support

420420 (@four421twenty) reported@DemorestKe48215 @Reil76 @Bell 90% of the time its the modem going bad, usually they only last 2-3 years. Threaten to move to another company unless they replace that modem and discount your service.

Agent Provocateur® (@Provocative_one) reported@cdn_karma @Bell Who do you use? All the big three are **** and I’m using a 3-day free trial of Fizz Mobile right now and I gotta say I’m not very impressed. Two bars most of the time and on the odd occasion three. Plus it’s 4G LTE not 5G.

Stephen Pinsent (@swpinsent) reported@Bell_Support @Bell_Support I'm actively in a chat with your support and it hasn't replied to me in over 20 minutes? I guess it gave up?
-
Naren (@NarendraS16) reported@Bell I had a terrible experience with billing support team. Even after cancelling the service and returning the modem , I’m still being charged. Please look into this. Need your help.
