@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

For the 50th time these last few months, my fibe internet is down @Bell_Support . I regret terribly getting this service as you would have to search far and wide for such an unreliable pos. If you are considering fibe, don’t!

@Bell_Support I have been a customer for a very long time. I do use any more data then I did five years ago. The speed and service does not allow this to happen. So a 3.00 increase I believe is not warranted. We have already replaced your home networking systems for the same reason.
