@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support Something stupid like $4/GB but to a max of $100 that i hit every month

  • mhp Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

  • mhp Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

  • BrockLupton Brock (@BrockLupton) reported from Greater Napanee, Ontario

    @SpaceXStarlink @elonmusk I'm still waiting for starlink, @bell can't solve my problems and I need to #WFH !!

  • beadlestore Beadle Store (@beadlestore) reported from Napanee, Ontario

Whats up? Nearly 24 hours without ability to make phone calls. All calls are dropped. No 911 calls? Can’t find anything about a service disruption. Able to get on internet and text but no phone calls. Everyone in our trailer park is having the same issue. @RogersHelps @Bell

  • mhp Mark Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

Yet another day where Bell Internet access is down. @Bell_Support perhaps not bricking modems with firmware updates

  • NWestoll Nick Westoll (@NWestoll) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@Bell_Support Have there been issues with service in Prince Edward County? The past couple of weeks there has been a real drop off in service availability and with home internet out this way.

  • ernielittle ernie little (@ernielittle) reported

@MrGitz @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell As long as they get the same help from government that bell did right? 100 year monopoly so they are strong, amirite?

  • AhrunT Ahrun Thiyagarajah (@AhrunT) reported

@Bell_Support will now lose a day of vacation/pay because neither me nor my partner are able to work from home (or go anywhere else for that matter given lockdown). Incredibly frustrated that a customer-focused resolution has not been prioritized for such an issue, incredibly sad

  • KGottselig Kurt Gottselig (@KGottselig) reported

@pixels_mom @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell $233.00 a month for internet and tv? Wow. We can get 300 down and tv bundled with Sasktel for around $80 a month.

  • Gjamesm39 James James (@Gjamesm39) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell What is this crap?

  • JillLovesToFly Jill Winer Ⓥ (@JillLovesToFly) reported

@Bell Possibly the worst tech-support and customer service anywhere. I was promised a call last week, but never came. The week before I was told my modem was working fine, it’s not.

  • iluv2count Kelly MacKinnon (@iluv2count) reported

@pixels_mom @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell We pay Bell $280 a month for a bundle. Home phone, tv and internet. The only other option here in NB for internet is Rogers, and their internet sucks. We work from home and need a strong connection. That doesn't even include cell phones. Robbery, but what can I do?

  • MizzyII Mizz👠 (@MizzyII) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell I remember getting a letter about this, but nothing became of it. I used to be a customer of Bell.

  • Lauri40681301 Lauri (@Lauri40681301) reported

@TekSavvyBuzz @Bell Didn’t Trudeau promise Canada lower rates? Another broken promise??

  • ShrendanBanahan Shrendan Banahan (@ShrendanBanahan) reported

@NateDrescher @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell My main problem as well. They have nothing to compete with my bell 1.5 gb plan.
