Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. The_White_Whippet (@White_Whippet) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Switched to Starlink this December. The internet is great and I have no regrets. Hardest part was cancelling the services because of the crappy incompetent barely English speaking agents at Telus. I don’t ever plan to switch back to any crap Canadian Cartel Communication company.
-
Observer (@0bserv3rs) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell CTV News is owned by Bell. Cancel Bell.
-
Digitech (@digitech777) reported@Bell @Bell_LetsTalk you have pathetic sales reps. I spoke to a sales rep mentioning I’m coming from another service provider and he didn’t even let me finish and talking in between. Very rude behaviour. Asking me to be with the current service provider.
-

Kathy 🇨🇦🏳️🌈🍁 (@scarletkate) reported@nath_beauregard @Bell You'll still get mail for years after - they never relent.
-
EJ (@EJ39206913) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell They are all the same. Every few months you have to spend a whole lot of time of the phone with what they call customer retention - renegotiating your services to bring the price down. It is a game. However, at the end you will always pay more even after so called discounts.
-
RJT Sharma (@RJTSharma8) reported@Bell_Support Again the same with no update. Is there anyone to support on real issue or just bots closing the tickets every 48hours with no update/resolution.
