@Bell your “country satellite” internet sucks. It sucks. Up and down and up and down. You just replaced the modem AND the satellite and it STILL sucks. You’re a joke.

It also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2

@Bell, we’ve been without internet since Monday AM. In this day and age—where people work from home and rely on connectivity—how is it acceptable for this to go on for days with no resolution? We work from home, and my elderly parents are home all day. Please escalate.
