  It also means that we’re done with being a “smart home” as the @GlobeElectric1 & #Geenie “smart” bulbs lose their intelligence after a power outage and need constant resetting which is beyond frustrating. That, mixed with the bad internet from @Bell means it’s not a good fit 2/2

  @Rogers is the worst ISP in Canada right up there with @Bell. Cancle my plan, they **** up and for months can get ahold of anyone, several months later finally get through only to be ****** over again because they still somehow ****** up and want you to get your **** to them asap

  @Bell I’m a Fibe customer. I have the Fibe TV app on my smart TVs. don’t use my cable box. I called in to have it removed & was told that by removing the box my fee will go up. service stays same just getting rid of equipment that’s not reqd. I don’t understand the logic.

  @Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?
