    @Bell_Support Thank you, they finally got back to me and I have to say, the customer service representative was very helpful and courteous! Sucks that it took so long, but her service made the wait time worth it.

    @Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_Support still nothing from the email, and nothing on the 1-800 phone (rings for 20 min and takes me to voicemail). It has been 1 years since I have cash from rewards and unable to spend them. I would appreciate some help here! Thanks!

    @sydenhamkennedy Also hearing from @Telus customers that they're still having issues. A reply sent to me from an @Bell customer indicated they hoped to have this fully resolved by just before 8:30pm.

    @TedNesNA @Bell_Support I absolutely HATE when I call tech support, tell them the steps I have followed including rebooting x number of times and their first statement is to tell me to turn it off then back on!!

    @Lizzouse @Bell_Support We have no landline so I was outside sbux borrowing their wifi to chat with support. Who wanted to know the birth weight of my first kid before they could check if there was an outage for my area. Useless.
