    Are other Bell internet service users having this problem? Every 30 seconds, a crap website called _Noovomoi.ca_ opens an unwanted tab on my browser. I click it closed, two more pop up. WTF, @Bell_Support? @BellNews

    @Bell_Support Internet not working. Customer care of no help Calling since 1 hour but issue still not resolved. Meeting got cancelled. 2nd agent disconnected call after 25 mins waiting. Bell ringing in my head with this traumatized pain of calling, waiting, holding.

    @Bell_Support @fordnation @Bell When a customer doesn't pay on time, there is a penalty of 3% per month. Now I am told that I will receive the refund in 60 days!! Why? Is this fair?

    @cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?

    Hi @Bell_Support our internet and phone lines stopped working at 4pm today. 3 hours, 5 calls to Bell, different departments and disconnections and told tech can’t help us until Thursday July 1st. Small business relying on phone and internet

    Classic level of service received by @Rogers. Stay on hold forever and then they just disconnect you. I was reaching out for an upgrade, but it's probably time to just leave you guys. @Distributel or @Bell probably coming your way soon! Any special offers going on?

    @Bell_Support I had a fibe installation appointment and the tech said he couldn't do it because there's tree branches in the way. That's pretty poor preparation on Bell's part :/ Is there anything else that can be done? All I was told is that someone would call us to reschedule.

    @Bell_Support @Bell you guys just 'locked the port' on a 90 year old widow, no phone, no cable, no internet...this is now a safety issue. She has been a top tier client for 50 years ....get it sorted!!
