Tech said there was no reason they couldn't resolve it. Also let us know that all support is done from the Philippines & they're #1 goal is to get you off the line ASAP.

After 3 modem swaps, tech visit and countless calls to your agents my internet and sll services goes down every few minutes! Im tired and beyond frustrated. Im paying for a service test doesn't work. HELP!!!!!

They have now cut our cell service while we wait โfor the next billing cycle for changes to take effectโ. Iโve spent 5 hours on this already! @bell sucks!
