    @Bell Small Business- I have never seen such a bad process at any company ever. I just want to pay my bill, you guys wouldn't even take my payment, and then you contact me months later to charge interest. I'm just going to cancel my plan and not bother paying you I guess!!

    It's interesting with @Bell internet, our wifi name& p.w was changed by stranger, once called @bell # for assistance an agent answered all our questions by I don't know. Is bell internet secure? Anyway to avoid this issue happen again? How this can happen if nobody have our p.w?

    @Bell This is the biggest farce. They don’t offer it in most communities and they won’t tell you when they plan on upgrading your neighbourhood. I guess you have to live next to a Bell executive or their cottage to get decent service and speed.

    @Bell_Support My ever increasing and unaffordable monthly bill issue wasn't addressed. I will be searching for services outside of Bell to lower my monthly bills.

    @Bell_Support Thx for the quick response. Extremely disappointing for people in small communities. We’re clients advised of these changes and why was this decision made to cancel HD programming?
