And the rep gives me a bogus excuse is it to hard to say we mess up

ANOTHER STORM IS COMING AND STILL NOT FIXED. IT IS AT THE CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD #6 AND SIMMONS RD IN WILTON ONTARIO NORTH OF ODESSA ONTARIO.
