@Bell_Support My plan includes 3 TV receivers, Gigabit Fibe 1.5 home internet, and 2 cellphones plans (Loy SmartPay Unltd Share 40 plan, and Exclusive SmartPay Unlimited20 plan). I pay Bell more than $500/month altogether. And this is the kind of tech support that I get.

1/1 Awful customer services from @Bell I wanted to switch from my current network operator to a different one, so I decided to do it with Bell through EPP. I placed an order yesterday when I went to the pickup location (Conestoga Mall, Waterloo), they said they couldn't process

@Bell_Support Yeah so I sent a DM. Hope you can get me off the merry go round:spin cycle an actually set up service.

  • JunG54828825 Junior (@JunG54828825) reported

@Bell_Support I think he got mad at me because I scolded him about him taking over somebody else' job at Bell. This tech support guy wanted me to change my plan with Bell. Anything about customers' plan is not even a tech guy's job.

  • stanleythefox Jessica (@stanleythefox) reported

@Bell WARNING: Your sales team pulled a bait and switch on me saying bell was offering competitive plans in response to the Rogers outage in July. I was offered a better plan and agreed to switch. I found out after the plan offered did not exist and now forced to stay and upgrade

  • JunG54828825 Junior (@JunG54828825) reported

@Bell_Support Is this how Bell's tech support deals with customers?
