@Bell_Support is a joke. My tv doesn’t work and I can’t call anyone because they are busy. Now I know why everyone hates you guys. Will be switching to rogers. Can someone please help the Canadian telecom markets because this is a monopoly that only cares about their bottomline

@Bell_Support @Bell Internet issues for past 2 months. Goes on and off constantly. Numerous phone calls-at least 15-to Bell & resetting of modem 2 new modems 2 tech visits Tech told us he switched to Rogers even though he gets a discount as Bell uses old technology in many areas incl. ours

@sherrick399 @Bell_Support If you get choppy video or audio, don't try to reboot your receiver! That can actually cause you to lose TV service entirely. It did for me.
