@Bell_Support @Bell your customer service agents are closing tickets without confirm with the customer. Is this your service quality? They are trying to push customers to give up for calling the helpdesk and allowing the service whatever they do. I gave several feedbacks, nothing changed.

@RogersHelps one day after changing our modem, our wifi is down AGAIN, continuation of an ongoing problem NOT solved @Rogers. It may be time to switch to @Bell
