@ximian @Bell It's normal they have the worst customer ever. Beware if you have cellphone contract also. When they renew after the 2 year period they keep charging you same price has when you were paying cellphone. They won't credit you either and threat you badly and very unprofessionaly.

@Bell Never trust Bell! They have a policy where if they charge you by mistake an amount and they can’t find out how they made the mistake, they CAN’T FIX IT NOR CREDIT IT! I was told this by a supervisor after being charged hidden fees for a landline I did not used! Got it on record

Hey @Bell, I shut down an account a month or so ago, bcs of a move, and am having issues returning equipment. Today I got a full month's bill. Charging me for the equipment is fair, but for the services I am no longer recieving, which is 2/3rds of the bill, is BS!
