    I was asked to use 3G only because Bell does not have a tower here. I'm in the center of Montreal and there is no tower here? Why am I paying close to $60 a month for a service which is broken? Ticket num 351556 was raised. Maybe I need to get a new sim?I need help @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support It's so hard to get a resolution nowadays. I've been struggling with bad network for months now and after countless hours of phone conversations with tech support, I was told that there is nothing which can be done and apparently I have to live with it

    @Bell simple question, since I am getting much better pricing from cogeco I just reached out to your customer service so that either they can match the price or let me know how can I continue ur smart home security with internet from cogeco and your CS is clueless somehow 1/2
