This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

@Bell_Support and @Bell I have placed a new wifi order and it's been 6 days and I am still waiting to get the modem. On your customer support they put for long hold (30min ) to just get an update. Is this how you welcome new customers ?

@Bell it’s 2026, why does your mobility services not support outgoing caller name display? This should be stardand especially for business mobility clients who want the name of their business shown when they call clients. Telus and Rogers has this standard.

Why do ppl renew contracts to get another cell phone from places like @Bell and @Rogers. They give you a garbage phone that breaks down in only 2 yrs...my phone from 15 yrs ago still works...thats how much you're bring ripped off. Stop using them!
