You can ask your CEO to be accountable, demand that "Executive Client Relations" not ignore clients multiple X, not wait 3wks to reply emails, not lie & not mock clients who say they will cancel and go to Social Media. How's that for a start?

@VIPMelissaRose Lucky. Contacted @Bell CEO Mirko Bibic directly multiple X. Just pass the buck to "Executive Client Relations", the most callous & careless experience I've ever had. They ignore, 3wks to reply emails and they mock clients. Imagine a CEO doing 0 about major issues! I have emails!

@Bell my mom is alone in a blizzard WITH NO CELL SERVICE and you got rid of landlines. Which worked just about all the time. You replaced quality with CRAP and made us dependent on it.
