  @Bell_Support Internet services out in our area L5R since 5am. Bot on the support line said services will be restored by 10pm. It's 11pm and now the agent is saying it will be fixed by 16-Jan 7:30am. I know another bot will respond to this tweet asking for a DM but will not really fix it.

  @DanielaCambone @Bell All Phone companies are The same, no matter The country you are. In Brazil they call you non-stop to offer expensive Services... But for a repair its necessary to hang in The Phone for at lastro 2 hours.

  @Bell_Support Interner connects and works but having issues with certain pages/apps not working. Can access Facebook but cant load certain links. Cant run speed tests. 1 out of 3 videos on Tiktok wont play. Some games works others dont. Been like this for 2 days now. Same problem for my bro.

  @Bell_Support Service has been perfect, flawless for the last year then suddenly mid December it’s going off and on every day. Techs can’t figure why. Modems replaced, box on street upgraded, SFP replaced. WTH?
