    .@Bell customer support 0/10. I changed my phone plan from one $75 plan to a different $75 plan & they’re charging me the difference. WHAT DIFFERENCE?! And when I called them about it, they’re telling me they have to charge the difference of $7. Oh yeah I forgot, 75 - 75 = 7.

    @Bell You guys need to redefine mobile/internet customer service. Your service is ruining your product. Nobody wants to sit there punch a bunch of numbers...and callbacks are cool but half the time the call drops. Next Gen of customer service is whatsapp. Get with it.

    On hold with @bell and literally laughed out loud “same day service” bruh ive been waiting since October 21 have my business have a voicemail again. @Bell_Support also a manager was supposed to call me after the rude employee told me not to interrupt him when I was not talking

    Honestly how is @Bell still in business? Their customer service is dense & ya we scheduled this time thursday, we didn’t come and didn’t tell you but expect us Friday outside your business hours and ohhh now it’s Monday and didn’t come and my business is w/o a VM since Wednesday
