@smaierpt @Bell_Support Crazy, same thing here in Montreal, never happened before. CNBC even put some NSFW content when I switched there earlier. Makes no sense its blocked when we have access to NBC anyway. I even questioned myself whether there was a US holiday I never heard of!! Guess Bloomberg it is

@rcarrick @Bell @Bell My Mom is pretty savvy so when her alt tv started giving her weird channels and none of what she pays for she tried to fix with her online account. No luck. 1 week and about 2hrs a day later no resolve. Keeps getting passed around and put on hold. She tries everyday.

@Bell_Support I power cycled the base Fibe TV unit before we we went shopping this afternoon & so far the service tonight appears to be working normally without freezing again. If it keeps happening in future during the day again then I told my Mom to call Bell support.

@Bell_Support I pay $100 per month for internet speed of up to 5mbps. The fastest internet I have attained is 2.3mbps. Take some of the $100 million that was spent on advertising last year to improve service to keep your existing customers.

@chevvy786 @Bell As someone who switched from Bell to Rogers I’m sorry to disappoint, but they do not lol Constant outages, bill always goes up for no reason, wifi is weak and they just want to sell you more stuff to “fix it” Two cents you didn’t ask for from a stranger

  • ajquann2003 AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported

@Bell_Support I ordered Satellite TV, and when I did I only needed one tv with service. However now I need two more receivers (one PVR and one HD box). Is there any way this order can be adjusted to reflect this? Install date is on the 29th of July.

@ChRiS86F @Bell_Support They told us it’s likely due to damage in the neighbourhood. ETA of the fix is within 24 hours. Sounds like everyone is out, even those with Rogers.

@Bell_Support Resetting won't do much when it's a whole area out as im ha e employees having same issue

  • JerryFinelli Jerry Finelli (@JerryFinelli) reported

@rumandsoul @CNBC @Bell Agree, seems like they didn't even know, Bell Alliant was the first to confirm it on twitter and then word spread. I called Bell tech support yesterday and they had no idea. They suggested I "reset my set top box". Ha..

  • ChRiS86F Chris FC (@ChRiS86F) reported
