    anyone else experiencing a @bell fibre internet outage today? using my mobile data to continue working, but am getting close to maxxing out my plan now, and see bell has updated their ETA to tomorrow 10pm (was 7:30am this morning.)

    @Bell I think everyone who has bell should not use their phone for two hours or what ever hours would cost the company money … I have been with bell for 23 years and in the last 4 years the worst customer serves now

    @Bell remote internet service is laughable. For $180/month, it takes about 5 mins to watch a 30 sec video, 5-10 mins to upload a single photo and I’m currently into my 11th HOUR trying to upload a 1 minute video.

    Yesterday I called @Bell to cancel my internet services as I am in a Italy playing pro soccer and my roommate, still in Canada, started managing affairs. I spoke to a wonderful representative named Taylor. Not only was she efficient but also kind and personable. She asked… 1/3

    @Bell Don’t worry your terrible customer service will give that sense of frustration… used your service once and it took 7 calls to get the modem. 3x lost orders

    Tell me, can @Bell come up with more stupidest commercials ? "Sleeping fingers" because of a "so-called slow network. Bell's 5G network is a little better than dial up in the West. OMG make me **** ! Infantile commercials !
