@NotOftenShocked @DrKateTO @Bell Good customer service in most industries is defined as going above and beyond for customers , if a mask is a hindrance to do your job than perhaps that isnt the field for you. But complying with the personal health requests while within a customers home is just proper and polite

@JackGegg @FreedomMobile @Bell Perfect, I have no interest in leaving the city, therefore I shouldn't pay a higher phone bill for a network service I'm not using.

@DrKateTO @Bell I plan to call the fire hall affiliated with these inspectors ahead of time to check this will be no problem with my request.

@VeganSteve420 @DrKateTO @Bell Your first sentence was fair. I won’t disagree. But telling me the mask is going to improve, or prevent the deterioration of their health is just garbage. Masks don’t stop aerosol spread, just droplets. Masks promote bacterial pneumonia. Has wearing a mask always been required?

In Old Toronto (1987-2023), I was issued my own 416 number which was closed off permanently without my consent. If it is being used by someone else, please do not attribute any of those mixed signal to me at all. @CRTCHearings @Bell @cityoftoronto

@Loopytea1 @Bell It's very frustrating to be honest. If a technician wanted to smoke inside my home or wear ***** boots, I would ask them not to, and I would hope they would listen. Yet somehow masking has become a huge wedge issue. Such a failure of public health messaging.

@asifintoronto @FreedomMobile @Bell Freedom is cheap for a reason. If you leave the city then service is horrible.
