    @LaceyC3P0 @Bell Yea my tv internet and phone bill was over 300 a month and now it’s 150 with Tax exempt as well with @Bell. @Eastlink in Sydney had horrible connections.

    On the phone with @bell wasn’t happy with my internet, So being old fashion I said I need a human to come to my house and fix it and not a magic wand, They gave me another wifi network over the phone, so basically they used their Wand over the phone and now works !👴🏽ThankUBell👴🏽

    @Bell_Support @Bell third day in a row with service outages constantly. Tech even upgraded firmware. Cant get thru to your phone support. Hold for 30mins twice now. Waste of time.

    @Bell_Support I called already this morning. I've restarted the phone and reinstalled the app. They said they would fix it but it still hasn't been fixed.

    @Bell so my Fibe app isn't working. Called support, and they can't fix it. That was this morning... I guess you don't care :(

    .@Bell_Support received incredibly poor customer service today, and I’ve cancelled my Internet/TV bundle. The rep told me my business was important to Bell, but made it evident it wasn’t, and didn’t offer anything to address my concerns. Bell was great too.

    My parents who are senior signed up with @Bell in August and were never informed during the sign up process that they would be locked into a 2 yr contract. Now they decide to raise prices on the home phone after two months of service and during a pandemic. #Scammers

    Hi @Bell_Support! Every couple of days I entirely loose my Fibe service. It comes back on its own after a few minutes, but it seems to happen on the most inconvenient times, could you help me check what’s wrong with my service?

    @Bell_Support Have you actually filled out the form? I tried it on a different browser and device altogether and it doesn't work. I've called, but your agents don't appear to be able to be able to sign people up for info on this or provide consent to install it. Can this be escalated?
