Ive been a customer a long time, I spend a ridiculous amount for one line and when I asked to spend even more with you I was offered over twice the price for less than 1/3 more service. Sam Taylea (@LeathemSam) reported@Bell_Support @Bell_Support Update: Found it was the company digging/tunnelling and connecting fiber optic in our neighbourhood, Bell tech checked it out and said they punctured our cables. 4-5 weeks until it will be repaired. Sharing info for others to show this was not a user/modem issue.

It should have a high priority repair for safety. They'll still want to compensate you for inconvenience, and lower your bill for days of no service. It's a public utility
