@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

@Bell_Support @amarinelli2 This a problem for thousands of customers. Bell should be making a public statement as to why they can't hold up their end of a service contract.

@ZrunBunsjjdhdhd @Bell That is very true. They install the modem right in the basement back far corner so you can't get a signal outdoors or in the opposite side of the home upstairs. A Wi-Fi modem must be placed centrally to work in a home. Their techs are not trained.

Now I'm back in the Business Internet Tech Support cue & I was assured by the Res agent that I would be told,by automated message,if there are Business Tech Support agents working tonight. That was 20 minutes ago. Everyone knows @Bell Small Business doesn't work passed 5pm Atl.

@Bell Thank you bell for making me feel like a number after years (2016) paying for cell service and keep increasing my bill and I was told by other cell providers in town that they shouldn’t be doing that I am now changing companies so much for being loyal as it seems it all about 💰

Recently opted for @Bell Fiber 500 plan as I was committed for dedicated end to end speed of 500 mbps but getting only 200 mbps speed. Poor tech service as they don't know how to fix this issue. #poorcustomerservice

@Bell_Support Sorry but I tried several times to get my original cell plan price I had since 2016 but Bell just kept increasing and making me loose GB of data and what I been told Bell or any companies should never increase peoples bills unless they request but I tried to be loyal but no help
