@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

@ronnie0329 @Bell_Support it's not the exception, it's a pattern. Bell just don't care about clients if not my issue would be solved since 1 month at least. I guess they don't have enough work...
