@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

What's up with @bell @Bell_Support repeatedly refusing to send a technician to help my 86 year old grandmother fix her tv/ internet? She's been a customer for 60 years and is blind and deaf. She pays hundreds of dollars a month only to be treated like this? Outrageous.

@Bell_Support I've had bell come out and fix it but it did the same thing an hour later error 1000. Seems like you guys are doing this on purpose at this point both at 8pm turned off

Horrible service recover from @bell … incorrect info initially provided, followed by three failed home install attempts PLUS endless loss of tim time spent on hold ‘because if you hang up I’ll have to answer another call’. Top it off…still no visit. Loss of #Trust
