    @CdnChamberofCom the practice of telco’s like @Bell & @Rogers charging us to become their customer through the charging of “setup fees” is pernicious and absurd. This practice seems to be spreading into the utilities market, essentially becoming an acceptable fleecing culture.

    @RogersHelps Your service is absolute garbage. Spontaneously my remote all of a sudden doesn't work. There goes my weekend. Can't even change the channel. Time to call @Bell. Nowhere to go but up.

    @Bell_Support We’ve actually called multiple times regarding this issue, and bell has hung up on us. We had asked for it to be disconnected in 2013, as we no longer needed a cottage line since we have cell phones, and never re connected it. Lady on the phone today felt no need to refund her.

    Love how @Bell's "reward" for my "loyalty" is two free months of a service I don't want and that will auto-renew at full price if I don't cancel it (which they will admit but only if you ask them that specifically, reject their dodge answer, and ask it again). Gee, thanks!

    @Bell_Support 4K PVR was down repeatedly for almost 2.5 months. Multiple calls asking for help with tech support ended with us having to pay to upgrade router. Didn't fix problem. Finally new tech installed a new 4k PVR and working again. Ended up losing all recordings.

    @Bell been having problems with internet for over a year. Called several times, technicians have came by. Called back today. Tier 2 support tells me that the best way to make sure I dont have issues with bandwidth is to have nothing connected to the network! I kid you not

    @Bell_Support 3/3 to explain to techs that the line cannot handle it set at 5/6 that you sadly have to put my internet at 3 or so and no more or else it will be overworked and crap out on me again, but by no surprise they set it’s at 5/6. I’ll be switchin providers soon I’m sure

    @Bell_Support 1/3 I had no internet all afternoon and all night so after trying everything I could on my end I called to see what the issue was this time as its always doing this. Your tech said the line is degrading fast and will have someone call me today so here I sit waiting
