Thanks @Bell for handling our issue with the modem so quickly. However you sent us the support email in French. Ugh. Maird. 💩Hope we can figure out the kinks.

  • HollyStockdale Holl (@HollyStockdale) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@Bell_Support Hi bell! Your loyalty phone customer service was absolutely rude and dishonest to my mom! I think “Ashley” needs a class on customer service!!

  • Molecularstard1 _Molecularstardust✨ (@Molecularstard1) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@DianeB31 @Bell @TIFF_NET I love Canada, it just sucks sometimes living soooo close to the border and having so much stuff only available to US residents 😆

  • shawns57garage Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

@Bell_Support made a long distance call on the land line and not only get charged the long distance charge but also get charged “LD network connection fee”!

  • aanderson_94 Alex Anderson (@aanderson_94) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

It took me over 40 (yes, forty) minutes on the phone to cancel my @bell internet. I lost count after refusing 12 predatory, aggressive sales pitches and retention efforts. Would love to see @CRTCeng levy sanctions on them for their numerous unethical practices.

  • TheJarraCanuck Greg Smith (@TheJarraCanuck) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

Seriously @Bell your service is the absolute worst #bellfibe #raptors AGAIN!!!

  • ishansa Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support I have already spoken to your support desk and cancelled my connection request. Shame that @Bell was my first choice. Lesson learned. Moving on.

  • ishansa Ishan Abeywardena (@ishansa) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

Still no internet after two weeks of trying. @Bell sucks! Trying another provider now. Let's see whether I can come out of the dark ages soon.

  • KechTech Darryl Kechnie (@KechTech) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@CdnChamberofCom the practice of telco’s like @Bell & @Rogers charging us to become their customer through the charging of “setup fees” is pernicious and absurd. This practice seems to be spreading into the utilities market, essentially becoming an acceptable fleecing culture.

  • shawns57garage Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

Holy shit that’s 3 @BuffaloSabres games televised here in Leaf land 🇨🇦 in one week ! Lucky if I got to watch 3 games all of last season on this overpriced @Bell Fibe plan.

  • shawns57garage Shawn Gay (@shawns57garage) reported from Cambridge, Ontario

**** @Bell_Support and @RogersHelps They both suck ! Gonna have to program the box 📦 cause I only need a few channels they never seem to have for $100 + / month

  • maxschirm Maximilien Schirm (@maxschirm) reported from Waterloo, Ontario

I am absolutely sick of my @Rogers internet going down. It seems to happen at least once a month. Time to switch? @Bell what do you have to offer?

  • smilenwaven Dianne Preston (@smilenwaven) reported from University of Guelph, Ontario

Hi @Bell_Support. Just tried to call but cut off. My WiFi keeps going out but I get a message from you saying I'm going to go over my limit. Please fix.

  • thechadrsmith Chad R. Smith (@thechadrsmith) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@RogersHelps Your service is absolute garbage. Spontaneously my remote all of a sudden doesn't work. There goes my weekend. Can't even change the channel. Time to call @Bell. Nowhere to go but up.

  • galaxyCharlotte ✨ charlotte ✨ (@galaxyCharlotte) reported from Kitchener, Ontario

@Bell_Support We’ve actually called multiple times regarding this issue, and bell has hung up on us. We had asked for it to be disconnected in 2013, as we no longer needed a cottage line since we have cell phones, and never re connected it. Lady on the phone today felt no need to refund her.

@Bell_Support i sent a DM about a return label issue

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

Whenever there is thunder @Bell’s fancy Stinger « next generation » antique DSLAMs get scared and turn off service. Bell won’t put wholesale customers on its 7330s that are reliable. #CRTC @CRTCeng

  • TheMaxNPV MaxNPV (@TheMaxNPV) reported

@andrewmcc90 @Bell @Xbox @XboxCanada People on US ISPs have posted speeds 4x what I get. There’s a bottleneck somewhere else. Not saying the service is bad, I’m quite happy with it, but if they’re going to advertise blazing fast speeds for gaming, they might want to work on this.

  • andrewmcc90 Andrew Mcmahon (@andrewmcc90) reported

@TheMaxNPV @Bell @Xbox @XboxCanada That’s because the network adapter sucks on Xbox. It’s not the bell service.

  • 07_Huta Huta🇨🇦 (@07_Huta) reported

@Bell_Support my internet has been down for 24hrs. My wife , who is a EA , needs it for work. We were told it won’t be fixed until Tuesday. Or if I see “a guy up a pole “ I can ask him and update my ticket. Not impressed

  • Brianna_Lynn43 Brianna kelly (@Brianna_Lynn43) reported

@Bell_Support unless you guys fixed the issue about the rude reps I am going to bell tonight and all four services I have with mobility and my tv and internet will be cut.

  • LucDupuy1998 Luc Dupuy (@LucDupuy1998) reported

@Bell @Bell_Support I just spoke with Jeffery from escalation. Out of all my issues this month, he has been the only one to be straight forward, easy to work with and to know what he is doing. I wish I could say the same for the rest of Bell, but he deserves a raise immediately.

  • spelexilh anjeanette dawson (@spelexilh) reported

@Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Bell mobility company are thieves. I canceled my contract more than once, they continued to charge me for a service I had no idea that they didn't cancel. Now I'm refusing to pay they send it to collections. I'm getting nowhere with them crooks.
