@Bell Why one is free, Bell on the other hand constantly raises their rates even on signed contracts. Delivers the shittiest hardware possible and has the worst call centre known to man.

@Videotron @Bell Not to mention two people in our household work from home; two days of lost work isn't going to be properly compensated by the $10 offered by your customer service which is what we got 2 months ago when our internet went out for two days.

@Bell_Support Unrelated, but very pertinent... Repair is a joke. A 3rd party contractor eff'd-up our condo's main cable box yesterday, leaving all Bell and Cogeco customers without service. Cogeco had THEIR techs here in 30 mins, and within 2 hrs service was restored. 1/3

@Bell_Support And so today was the service appt. - confirmed 4 different ways including @Bell_Support But nobody showed up. Called in: “ticket was frozen in out system”. No explanation what that means. Just more empty apologies and rescheduled. Hoping @Bell ‘s system thaws out by tomorrow

@Bell Don’t forget to mention you have to buy extra equipment to get good wifi in your home. Your gear is so bad it forces people to pay extra to get average service.
