    @Bell @Bell_Support told me a technician would come to my house today between 8am and 11am. It is currently 7:40pm and no one has called or arrived and my tv and internet are still down

    According to @Bell I went 432.58 MB over my monthly 10 gig allowance and was charged an extra $50 which is completely absurd, I never received any text stating that I was nearing or over my limit. When is this predatory practice going to end? This injustice needs to stop.
