    @kundakmandaka @Bell_Support I was #9 in the "there are 8 customers currently ahead of you " line and when they finally got to me, I got the please call between the hours of message. So frustrating and problem not resolved!

    @Bell_Support It’s your network, not my phone! The transmission tower power is so low my device drops to 3G, which is even slower! It’s not my device, when your signal coverage is so low, and I’m in a city of over 300,000 population!

They have caused me a bad credit rating because of their inability to follow though on their arrangement they made with me Sept 22, Oct 22, Nov 22 & finally Jan 6 23. Dominic agent #1832982.     And are currently working on a 5th time. Don't advertise 1GB speeds if you can only provide 350 with latency spikes. And @Bell you're not better. You both have a monopoly in Canada on internet and say **** u to your customers because of it, cause where are we gunna go?

    @Bell Called Bell Canada. Worst customer service. Tried to upgrade my phone plan. Was promised a plan that never materialized and was deceitfully forced into another plan I did not even agree to. Is this proper customer service? Now, they have opened a ticket to review.
