    @TELUS @TELUSsupport my family has Optik, mobile plans, and corporate plans yet no customer service! It's been 1hr and 12min on hold! Feel like I'm dealing with @AirCanada or @Bell the CS is so bad!

    @TELUSsupport I had the most terrible experience ever from Telus. I have worked with @Bell @Rogers @ShawInfo and I say that Telus is certainly the worst when it comes to customer service. The tech guy never showed up The CSR didn't follow up Nobody cares. @TELUSCommunity

    @Bell rep called me to see how I was enjoying the service. As I am in the process of looking for a new plan and add a line I was expecting a deal. Before I was hung up on I was told there is currently nothing on offer better than what I have...except what Rogers is offering me

    @Huawei_Canada it's very disappointing to see that Huawei phones are not supported on @Bell VoLTE network. All of your competitors (@SamsungMobile , @sonyxperia, even @BlackBerry) work on their VolTE network & your devices fall back to HSPDA... Pls advise when this'll be fixed!!

    @sleither @alangdon17 @Eastlink @Bell I just switched to Netfox from Eastlink. They're just an Eastlink reseller but what was costing me $95 for HSI100 is now costing me $50. Didn't need an installer and I'm seeing the exact same up and down speeds as I was with EL. ( I promise I have no affiliation with either)
