@Bell Your internet service SUCKS lately. As a professional who relies heavily on steady internet service, it's really frustrating to have your service down every 15 minutes.

@RimmerDax @Bell @Rogers Wow. Thats crazy. These companies know that we have very little chance of going anywhere else so they treat us like crap.

@ryangerritsen @Bell Last time I converted to Rogers, a senior sales guy called and I told him that I wasn't doing this every 2 years. He called me a "loyal customer" and it would be locked in except for standard increase. Gone up about $20 in 7 years. And I don't have to " threaten' them anymore

@northyorkcondo @ryangerritsen @Bell Not planning on going anywhere either I'd be stupid to. It's also like being trapped somewhat now too though. I wanted to move out of the city once my daughter graduated public school (next year). I'd be paying the same or more for a lot less though. Like my place. Feel stuck tho

@ryangerritsen @Bell I’d love to know who gets a Retention rebate, I’m pretty certain you see a demographic behind it. Why does my bill state $141 for Fibe 1.5g minus a $30 bundle. But if you go online the service is $90 for 1.5g and bundle discount for $70. I’ve called numerous times to retention and always told I am getting the best rate they can offer.

    A Kar (AKK) (@AjumaKar) reported

@Bell did management learn that once a customer leaves because deals are offered to new customers and not to the ones that have been loyal. They never return.

    Crazy_Canuck (@My_Point0f_View) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Me too! $6/month and it was supposed to be a fixed rate for life. That agreement was just last year and as a result I will have to call customer service and wait on the phone for possibly hours to get it corrected.

@ryangerritsen @Bell I went to @Starlink about 5 years ago, never looked back. When I'm on the go,it goes with me and is reliable. There are different plans now.

  • ryan_weal
    ryan_weal (@ryan_weal) reported

@ryangerritsen @Bell Nobody needs Bell, stop complaining. They are well-known for their contractual shenanigans. Starlink base plan is $7/month for "suspend" mode and the receiver fits in a backpack. You don't even need to use Rogers or Telus/Virgin/etc on Bell's network.

@ryangerritsen @Bell Yes, our Bell cell bill went up over 10% without warning or explanation. Thing is Rogers isn’t an option because the network is unusable for us.
