Ummm ok, @Bell_Support your Alt fibe app or whatever you want to call it now is a non starter. Step up. The amount of money you charge for something that has so many gliches is criminal. Hire real people for this ****.

  • krellomat x-Michael Krell (@krellomat) reported

@Bell Except when you cancel a service. That “can only be done by telephone” so they make you wait and wait and then, as a condition, you have to speak to a “loyalty specialist” who tries to sell you what you just canceled for a lower price and just won’t let go. It’s the worst.

  • MorganjCharles Morgan Charles (@MorganjCharles) reported

Hey @Bell_Support we have a bell line down on our street and it’s impossible to reach your support by phone without an account number (?!).

  • LeafsDad84 Mike Brierley (@LeafsDad84) reported

@Amy_Brierley84 @Bell @Bell is the worst. Thanks for ruining our night. Again.

  • pattimac61 H. Patti MacAulay (@pattimac61) reported

@Bell Customer service got BETTER? Oxymoron.

  • Scholefie Hannah Scholefield (@Scholefie) reported

@salimah @Bell_Support We replaced our router and it’s working fine now! Though the internet issues were usually between 5pm-ish & 10pm so time will tell 🤞🏻

  • SmrtAleks Aleks (@SmrtAleks) reported

@Bell When you call Bell customer service, you get operators from the Philippines. Customer service, technical support. Bell’s cost cutting measures but increase our monthly bill. 👎👎👎👎

  • jdeq Jerry DeQuetteville (@jdeq) reported

Even after I had said 'my husband Paul' at the beginning. I understand it is a heteronormative world. I've been dealing with it & the fact I don't fit within this world for years. Really @Bell surely you can do a better job of training your customer service folks on inclusivity.

  • CARetiredON Carolann (@CARetiredON) reported

@jdeq @Bell Press 3 for customer retention right from the get go.

  • StephenWickens1 Stephen Wickens (@StephenWickens1) reported

@nat_fitz1 @Bell I use over the air in the city, but up in eastern Haliburton County, OTA signals were ended so CRTC could auction off the frequencies to cellphone providers (there's no cell service up there either).
