@BibicMirko I think @Bell can get ready to scoop up all the people who #IHateRogers as @natale_joe has gotten over his ‘obsession’ with customer service. There are thousands of us out there.

@Bell pushed their wifi pods on me, billed me & then admitted that since day 1, they've had issues w this product. So after an 18-month pandemic, I'm finally trying to reopen our doors & throwing $ in the garbage. Taking advantage of small businesses just isn't cool.

@Bell im one transfer away from cancelling. For someone who pays their monthly bill every month for the last decade it is unreal the hoops you need to jump to reach Level 2 of technical support. Why are there so many barriers?

@Bell PVR’s stutter so much that I’m better off illegally downloading what I’m trying to watch instead of PVR’ing it. Why is my PVR buffering like a YouTube video on horrible wifi?

@Bell_Support Been made to feel like an annoyance and imposition. Steve is at 1.800.963.0288. Please call him for more info. He needs serious customer relations training. I've left 2 messages but have not heard back from him.

Its takes more than 1 hour on call to cancel a service with @Bell_Support . I think your customer service rep just kept me on hold for 50+ mins and took a nap. This is bad for a giant like Bell
