@BlueStarWolfe @Bell That's exactly how they do it & often victims don't survive it for as long as I have. I am amazed I have survived but one of the biggest motivators to survive years while I was only able to lie down for days was that one day @Bell would answer for their actions in open court

@Bell I already have the Fibe 1GB (Midtown/TO) but it’s been so SLOW. Just tested and I got 25/12. Not happy at all.

@Bell_Support It's in general though, not a specific instance. I'm charged a lot of money for my phone and internet, and I'm met with issues that I constantly have to fix, despite the problems coming from Bell and not me? It's not a good look...

@bell I’ve called 25 times looking to get internet service. Every time someone figures out what to do for a new service address I get put on hold and then booted out of your system. What gives?

How can @Bell justify a “year increase” to all their customers? Spending 40 minutes to adjust my bill, arguing with customer service and being transferred three different times is unacceptable.
