  @Bell Can you or anyone tell me why after canceling all your services I'm still getting a monthly bill? And even more frustrating, I can't find a person to discuss this with. A scheduled call back means absolutely nothing. How do I escalate this to a human to solve my problem?

  @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

  @Bell seduced me to leave @TELUS last November for great mobile rates as long as I kept my internet service with them. Since then they have increased the cost of my internet so now I am almost paying the same total as before. Time to shop for a better deal!

  @Bell Nah you guys are content with providing absolute **** support. Hearing phone support tell me they'd be happy to help me cancel my service rather than resolve my issue is all I needed to hear.
