@Bell_Support is the only company I have business with that has done nothing to support people financially during the (still ongoing) pandemic. Greedy as ever and naturally had no issues with taking CEWS for their terribly trained employees.

I love getting pushed around by @Bell_Support horrible phone/chat support, but the second I am even a penny late on my bill I get harassing almost hourly calls, text messages and emails. Bell is certainly not your friend during very uncertain times.

Do a better job @Bell_Support - 6 weeks of fighting with a regularly non functioning wifi service for my small business and you still haven’t fixed it. And tell me you’re creating a ticket for Tuesday. You know small businesses are struggling right? I’m done.

@Bell_Support What is wrong with your company? In 2018 my account was compromised and every agent for days denied it happened while network news announced it. I now get two letters saying there is an email associated with my account that I never added and your agents say they are errors!

@Bell_Support hi, I am very disappointed by the service that was provided. On the live chat, I was told that a technician would come run cables and install 4 ethernet jacks for $75. He came and told me that he cannot do that.
