    @Bell Nah, don’t trust this one but. Pure fibre doesn’t even reach to old community areas/ old housing areas. It’s been a handful of years as a bell customer and our internet is still capped 100mb in our area. Internet drops bellow 40mb 30% of the time.

  • ggottawa Greg Gallagher (@ggottawa) reported

    Hi @Bell_Support, you really need to do something about your customer service. This morning, in the chat function, I made an inquiry about switching receivers (I have 2). I clearly explained to the rep to NOT change anything until later. /2

  • ryanviegas Ryan Viegas (@ryanviegas) reported

    @Bell terrible value added service - Bell modems do not have a strong enough signal in any size home, these pods are necessary and therefore Bell forces your hand to “rent” these - should be free plain and simple

  • Mark_Goldberg Mark Goldberg (@Mark_Goldberg) reported

    Answer by @Bell to @TeksavvyBuzz #CRTC complaint "EBOX now a division of Bell. Bell doesn't provide EBOX with any wholesale services, telecom or other. There can be no agreement, off-tariff or not, preferential or not, between Bell & EBOX since they're the same corporate entity"

  • fence_guy Vaccine Kills (@fence_guy) reported

    @Bell worst wi-fi ever !!!

  • Donna_Carrick Donna_Carrick (@Donna_Carrick) reported

    Done playing games. Hung up after 3 hrs on phone w #Rogers @RogersBiz My bill doubled this month. They refuse to have someone call me back. Obviously don’t want my business. @Bell #Bell can you help?

  • AudioDial Audio Guy (@AudioDial) reported

    @nejsnave @Bell @bell is THE worst company in the world. Claimed $122 million covid relief and fire workers anyway; outsource jobs; rip us off with infrastructure that tax payers subsidized; leverage their monopoly to kill competition. They should be forced to subsidize internet for low income.

    @sharuss1 @Bell_Support Is this via wired or wireless connection? Highly suggest wired, because you'll never get anything close to gigabit or higher over a wireless connection.

  • sharuss1 R Smith 🇨🇦 Officially Original (Check Mark here) (@sharuss1) reported

    @Rootbrian_ @Bell_Support I appreciate that, but I’m not into hard wired iPads and Fibe tv is advertised as a wireless solution. I know what I have had and what I expect, which is a reasonable wireless signal speed. At the moment I have it again. Just looking for consistency/stability from the provider.

    @bell .75/minute to call the U.S.A. From canada, this is ridiculous “, switching bag to Rogers. Also, the mobile data 5G is awful all over the GTA vs @rogers
