@Bell_Support The Bell customers @ 4164499839 have been without phone, internet or TV services since SUNDAY 4 DECEMBER - no technician, no help, just the runaround from "customer service agents." What gives? We need answers, we need SERVICE

  • teknique_x Teknique 🕴🏿 (@teknique_x) reported

Not exactly the 500mbps up and down that I’m paying for @bell

  • heartbreakers44 The Heartbreak Club (T.H.C) (@heartbreakers44) reported

@Bell_Support If you are truly sorry for this, you will clear the poor woman’s bill and allow her to start fresh. I mean, paying an average of $300 for the last ten years for cellphones, and then a home phone bill for 30 years plus? And not even help when her husband does? Kinda crazy

  • fe6ruary ⁶ (@fe6ruary) reported

Just wasted 42 minutes of my life with no help from @Bell_Support !!

  • buckbrewski Chris Dee See (@buckbrewski) reported

Hey @Bell why do I pay so much money for cable if the only NHL game I can watch is between two American teams. I used to be able to watch every Leafs game (living in Ottawa) when I was with Rogers. This is bull crap.

  • heartbreakers44 The Heartbreak Club (T.H.C) (@heartbreakers44) reported

@Bell_Support And incredibly all she ever wanted was for you to cancel the line. She wasn’t asking for money. She wasn’t asking for credit. Just to cancel the damn line! Now she’s giving her last dollars to settle her account to keep her phone active. Truly disgusting

  • rob_echlin Curious Rob - Dad, Pagan, AppSec, talks w spirits (@rob_echlin) reported

@amazonca @Bell_Support a robocaller called about 10 times this morning. "Dear customer, this is Olivia at Amazon customer service. We have received an order for $600. If you want to dispute this charge, press 1 for customer service" How to stop robocallers?

  • jarisfull #Unacceptable honey 🇨🇦🇳🇱 (@jarisfull) reported

@telus @koodo Have the worst customer service since @Bell

  • iamK_T KayTee (@iamK_T) reported

And @Bell your customer service is terrible. The rep, instead of transferring me to tech support gave me the number to call myself. That's all I need to know to go ahead and cancel and switch providers

Hello @Bell recently I upgraded my device and got a new one from bell. The person from bell who was helping me over the phone told me that there will be a $50 processing fee on your bill but since you’re already a bell customer we can waive this off when the bill is generated but
