@martinchenier82 @Bell_Support @Rogers The technician came today and said some other idiot technician downstairs removed our connection and didn't put it back in. So it wasn't because of the blackout. It was some other moron who had been called for another apartment.

@Bell ever since your tech came to fix something my Xbox has constantly got “double NAT detected” and my lag has been unbearable. Called 3 times and no one seems to be able to identify the problem - if anything @bell INCREASES your lag and frustrations

@Bell_Support I called Bell again and have been on the phone for 45 mins. Each time having to explain what the issue is. The person on the phone tried reaching the rep that was supposed to call me. She is ignoring his messages. I wish there was an alternative to Bell - come on Starlink.

@Bell_Support why is your internet SO ******! it crashes every few minutes and its pretty damn annoying. I tried restarting the router, i've tried everything and it still crashes with error 1000/2000 on the router. FIX. YOUR. ****!
