    @Bell_Support tried to call but couldn’t get through - received an email thanking me for continuing to choose Bell - I haven’t made any changes in almost 2 years. I have heard others have the same issue, can you please confirm nothing was changed?

    @Bell So i wanna share my experience with Bell. I have been helping new immigrants with shopping for phone, internet plan. I have never waited for more than 1 minutes when I call or chat to buy for them. But now they have a new mistake with my own bill, 40 minutes, still waiting!

    @BellascotchJN @Bell Doing a twitter search and it seems there are a bunch of us in the same boat. Hopefully if @bell was hacked they can fix it quickly. It’s pretty unsettling considering we can’t talk to anyone.

    @Bell_Support I received an alarming email saying a new phone was added to my account, but I have no knowledge of this, and I can't get a hold of anyone by phone. Is there anything you can do to help?

    @Bell_Support - Bell just sent me an email saying I opened a new account today and I didn't. My Bell account is now missing my mobility account and any history of it, what is going on? I have been on hold for 45 mins and your chat support is offline!!
