Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I'm happy where I am.

Mike (@maplelake13) reported@Bell 2/2 we are paying for regular internet which is garbage as its the worst internet ive ever seen, constantly dropping at times. Doesn't even work half the time yet they said wed get fibe???? Ehrn will we get it as its been over 3 years now?????.

NS (@kojam2022) reported@Bell_Support Just checked the app and see a notice that you're doing planned network maintenance. I have done backbone IT support for some BIG providers over the years. Never would/could we disrupt service. You don't have fail over or redundancy to mininmalize disruption? 😡

Calvin Reynolds (@CalJRey) reported@Bell_Support Day 3 of TCM channel 338 on Bell Fibe experiencing audio issues. The audio track is skipping every 3rd or 4th word. Sounds like a stutter step. Called tech support, they say it’s a problem at the source. Would you please check with them re: a solve?
