@Bell I have restarted it many times & also did all the trouble shooting. Technician scheduled to come by this afternoon... Again. Fingers crossed that 3rd time is the charm. Very frustrating having internet go down 3 X in 4 wks.

Wow @bell is greasy, bought centre ice last year, the season gets put off and then they have no rights to any of the games when the nhl comes back. Do we get a refund or a credit for the service this season? Nope sign me up anywhere else.

@Bell_Support I have been a customer for a very long time. I do use any more data then I did five years ago. The speed and service does not allow this to happen. So a 3.00 increase I believe is not warranted. We have already replaced your home networking systems for the same reason.

@Bell_Support Meh... you have more resources than most companies in Canada and even your CHAT tool on your various websites doesn't even work... your customer service continues to be notoriously poor. 👎

Out of curiosity, does @Bell intend on waiving overage fees on internet plans in residential areas for the remainder of the #Ontario shutdown? This would certainly help A LOT of students/families. (May also encourage people to stay home and watch some Netflix) @Bell_Support

@meaganmclean @Bell @bell is the absolute worst. Terrible customer service, their phone agents all have a go to hell attitude now, terrible cellular packages, overpriced and terrible satellite pkgs, terrible internet for rural areas. Yet somehow they charge the most? #bruuuutal

.@Bell_Support Can you please hurry up and get Fibe service to my area? @cogeco has proven to be consistently unreliable, and I would like to switch if it were an option. Two outages in three days is just not acceptable.
