Very cool how @bell @Bell_Support is changing my billing every few months, and I'm having to do the same song and dance every few months to get this fixed. 4$ "maintenance fee" for "providing great service" is a scam. You're worth billions. You don't need to up bills like this.

@TorontoUltra @Bell Years ago, when I was leaving Bell, I got a phone call FROM the VP of marketing (in Canada) for Bell. I said: "Can you define bandwidth?" She said: "That's a technical issue, sir". I said: "For Pete's sake, it's what you SELL! You don't know what your product is!"

Anyone else beyond frustrated with @bell lack of customer care and service. I have been trying to get internet connected at the lake since late June. Many many hours on the phone with many agents. Some who promise to call back and I get nothing.

Does this sound familiar? @Bell_Support charging fees that weren’t disclosed in store or time of purchase? Or the fact we live in 2021 and they can’t see a note/credit that was put on file. The focus on profits vs clients and customer satisfaction is disgusting.
