@Bell_Support Thank you but its to late. I called twice. The first lady, i told you what she said. The second call guy left me on wait for 33 minutes ( just to find my account) and then i hang up. You sholud definatly checq who is answering your customer service.

Update 🚨 well after dealing with @RogersHelps for the last 5 days, the problem has finally come to an end. No, my internet did not get fixed I switched to @Bell. Won’t be running until Saturday but I’d take that over the lies @RogersHelps spews.

@ShawnCroninsdog @Bell @andymoir I was surprised to see a letter at all. I'm DMing Rogers to see if there's anything they could do.. if I port my number out I know they'd phone me with a similar offer AFTERWARDS but likely not as a 15.5 year customer
