@Bell_Support @VirginPlus they have confirmed for me that their technicians only work until 6 PM each day to fix the problem. Then, even if not fixed, they go home for the night! 3 days and counting!!!!! I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO SWITCH TO ROGERS. Customer service reps are also RUDE

@Bell @KidsHelpPhone @komangaapik too bad Bell wouldn't stand up for the kids right now, parents losing jobs, kids out of school, youth being "forced" to take the jab.. etc... if you really cared you would be fighting for their right to choose.

@bell_support We’re on the 7th day of no Internet service in Sauble Beach with crews no where to be seen. What is being done to restore the service to this area? When can the COMMUNITY (not just my household) expect to get service back online?

@Bell @KidsHelpPhone @komangaapik Bell is the worst company in Canada. Most jobs are shipped overseas. Customer service is literally zero. Network here in Manitoba is over 100 years old. It's garbage. Bell is a horrible company.

@Bell_Support Absolutely useless calling into your support line. Getting no help, no instructions, was hung up on and had to start the whole process over. So frustrating.

@timereaction @Bell_Support .@Bell is terrible. I feel bad saying it. I rarely complain about customer service. I'm the first to defend airlines, banks, etc. But my experience with Bell is absolutely atrocious. My account has had several billing issues and I've wasted so many hours with them.

@Bell_Support @VirginPlus have had widespread outages in Toronto since Christmas Day. Each day customers call they say "it will be fixed by 5 PM" and it continues. This is DURING a pandemic where internet is an ESSENTIAL SERVICE & people are working from home!!!!! See next tweet!

@Bell_Support It is not the household equipment. Crews damaged infrastructure in the area and members of the community have had their service severed. We are all using cell data for our needs. The lack of response is disappointing to say the least.
