How is that even possible? I don't know what IT ppl get paid to wrestle with this stuff all day but it's not enough.

If they fail to provide the services their customers are paying for, the customers have every right to be upset and complain. It’s not as if internet is a gift. End of the world? No. But an expectation of service.

I upgraded to the 360 package in hopes I'd have better service, especially in meetings. I still can't use voice because I cut out. I end up having to call use my mobile network for voice
