    @cogeco power outage in my area but I had to use my cellphone to find out. Web site for checking outages said everything is fine- NOT!

    Hey @cogecohelps @cogeco I’m going to keep heckling you on Twitter - You should be ashamed to call yourself an ISP. I’m still waiting for a manager to call me… it’s been over 24 hours! I CANNOT WORK at home WITHOUT INTERNET SERVICE! #cogeco Shout out to @RogersWireless.

    @RogersHelps Limiting my ability to communicate filtering my calls is crime. I switched the SIM cards yet all involved was able to call me like Cogeco, Wolkswagen ( service the van ) I assume because of the surveillance equipment installed in it. Yet when I try to call to I’m out of area

    @cogecohelps @cogeco AGAIN ? I ha r spoken to them over and over and the problem has not been solved ? More wait times on hold ? Thanks but obviously I’ve done all that. Love the YOU can pay to have a technician come fix our problem part as well.

    Anyone else having issues with #Epico Constant buffering, freezing, lagging. @cogeco @cogecohelps I have to unplug and reset about 6 times a week. Should be called #Lameo

    @cogecohelps many years of poor internet I’ve finally resorted to calling. So, a technician came yesterday and gave us a new modem. An hour after he left we had no internet. Called Cogeco and they said oh sorry you have to wait 12 hours. 24 hrs later and still...
