    @cogeco @cogecohelps Keep getting login issues to watch live sports on TSN even though my password was saved from the last time. Had no response last month when I complained about other service issues from Cogeco. You guys are very disappointing as a cable provider.....

    The @cogeco cable outage has pretty much reinforced the fact that in the era of cell phones the use of land lines is redundant if it's through your cable internet provider.

    Well u Fucking LIARS Cogeco!!! After 5 weeks of being lied to, “Loyalty “ dept finally says dig adapter bxs DONT work anymore due 2 Cogeco malfunction...now tell me I have to PAY for 2 different boxes!!!! I’m DONE being treated like shit! Spent over 2 hrs & 3 diff stories!!!

    @cogecohelps I’m BACK...tech came wed & said it would be 24-48 hrs to have dig adapter bxs back up & working? Goin On 5 day’s still not working!!! This is now over 4 weeks with 2 TVs NOT operable due 2 Cogeco incompetence! Disgusting

    My TiVo minis r not working & all I get is a busy signal trying to get thru 2 this Fucking company for the last hr!!!! How can this company treat customers so flippantly? Bloody disgusting! Cogeco has screwed Niagara region 4 too long!!!

    @cogecohelps I have been losing all my channels this past wk on my dig term adapter & after hour & 16 min tech finally says “oh it must be on our end @ Cogeco “! So no fix and just wait? Unacceptable bullshit! Why not put msg on TiVo box?

    @cogecohelps What @cogeco actually 'gives me' (30 Mbps) is 5x less than what I am PAYING FOR (150 Mbps) ... I need you 2b able to get my data via DM, & make Cogeco Tech Support fix the issue remotely (yes they can) ... otherwise asking me to wait for 30 min on phone line is useless

    @cogeco @cogecobusiness, twice today your tech staff have told me they can't support the "Technicolor DPC3848VM DOCSIS 3.0 Gateway" your rep plugged in this morning. Haven't been treated this poorly or seen a router this archaic since 2003. Some business solution.
