    @cogecohelps @cogeco did an amazing job getting out here so quick. They went over absolutely everything and finally found the problem. It’s now working better then ever. Thanks to JODI at customer service and my tech who will remain anonymous, AMAZING WORK!

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Keep getting login issues to watch live sports on TSN even though my password was saved from the last time. Had no response last month when I complained about other service issues from Cogeco. You guys are very disappointing as a cable provider.....

    The @cogeco cable outage has pretty much reinforced the fact that in the era of cell phones the use of land lines is redundant if it's through your cable internet provider.

    @cogeco your service tech was supposed to be here 5-8pm yet he showed up early 1:30 texted me I’m here like I’m supposed to jump he waited 3 hours still before he was to be here disconnected all my services in anger and angry texted me 7 times plus. All before 5. Ghetto service!

    I am trying to be very patient and professional with @cogeco but they are making it very difficult!! I am fed up! Over 3 months of internet problems that continue to happen and are never fixed have left me very angry. I am done getting the run around! Goodbye Cogeco!

    @cogeco I am seriously considering taking Cogeco to court for harrassment. I closed my account with Cogeco months ago due to billing errors every month since november 2018. It’s been hell since then to try to rectify your errors. I finally get my Final bill, pay it off get voice

    @cogecohelps I can't dm you, you dm me. This upstream problem in my neighborhood, that has existed for two solid months now and affects others too, it is so bad that I can't even use your File A Complaint form on your website. Contacted Cogeco 10+ times now. No fix. Real unhappy.

    Maybe I should just cancel my cable. I’m getting sick and tired of my cable box rebooting in the middle of recordings & during prime time. You’d think the logical thing to do would be in the middle of the night while people are sleeping. Cogeco does nothing logical.
