Just canceled the terrible #Cogeco internet I've had to endure for 20+ years now. Installation appointment for my fibre connection is a week from today. This is one of the happiest moments of my gaming life.🎊🎉🥳

  • ellebee31 laura bee (@ellebee31) reported

We don’t even have @cogeco set up yet and they are already the worst customer service and incompetent technicians we have ever encountered. And that’s saying a lot on the land of Rogers and Bell.

  • cybersmithIO James #iStandWithUkraine 🇺🇦 (@cybersmithIO) reported

@cogeco your door-to-door sales people are exhibiting harassing behaviour. When someone tells them "not interested", that should be the end of the convo. Then when someone tells them, "get off my property", definitely not the time to stay and keep selling. But they did. Wtf?!

@cogecohelps @cogeco It's the ABC, NBC and CBS channels from Buffalo. It's not our problem. It's something YOU GUYS are doing. The same networks from Seattle are fine.

  • Mommyblog2018 mom (@Mommyblog2018) reported

Nothing like being transferred four times with cogeco all because they didn’t cancel MY internet when I moved and charging me over $220. No one is helping me 🫠 do better @cogecohelps

  • eegronpolak Eva Egron-Polak (@eegronpolak) reported

@cogecohelps By error I paid online more than 300 $ to Cogeco. I don’t owe anything to Cogeco. How can I get this money back? I have the screen shot of the payment from an account I have jointly with my mom. Thanks for your help.

  • justjosh85 Joshua Coit (@justjosh85) reported

@City_tv I’m trying to sign in to the citytv app through an Amazon fire stick, and when I take the steps to activate it, it doesn’t give Cogeco as a cable provider to sign in with. What gives?

  • fbmaas Fran 😷 (@fbmaas) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@cogecohelps Hi, we went to the cogeco store today to switch over to Epico. Came home to no internet. Is this usual? Not having much help from the CS rep on the phone. Is there another route to take?

  • TheBauceman Lovie Smith's Beard (@TheBauceman) reported

@hawkfan761 Classic Bell/Rogers/Cogeco/Eastlink. They can never figure it out despite the fact it would take like ten minutes to do so.

  • jpkube John Kube (@jpkube) reported

@cogeco Who is at fault when the picture is widened so much that the sides of the picture is cut off? It's a widescreen picture expanded to fit the full screen. Buffalo channels are bad for this here in Peterborough. Right now it's CP24 News on CFTO.
