    @cogeco is saying there’s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @peggy_blair Freedom calls with offers, even when it lowers my bill & better plan. When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    They’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.

    @cogeco @OhlOfficial Start by having a service that dosent break every 2 days... it's been over 1 and half year at this point that I cant upload or play Xbox or stream on twitch
