    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    @cogecohelps It’s all fixed now, but it’s generally a pita. Why shouldn’t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

    So over service from @cogeco. Constantly have to restart/update just to get the TV to work. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.

    @cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?
