    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco @cogecohelps Steven, Sandra or whoever is on right now, help Member get her service or funds restored. She could not make calls during hospital trip this week. That is concerning. Do better.

    I cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers? @cogeco

    It took me 3 hours to walk home with my sick child.I couldn’t get any taxi fare and the buses don’t run to where the clinic was .Tatiana had strep and was misdiagnosed by the urgent care yesterday. My phone isn’t working and Cogeco says two days for a fix.i am at my wits end

    It’s going to take two days to create a ticket to fix my phone. 4 months now and @cogeco new mobile service is a mess. I don’t suggest switching to them.They’ve made a ticket to help me but they can’t figure out why my phone can’t make phone calls. 😡

    Hey @cogeco! What happened to my install today? Lost half a days pay. Never left the house. Tech couldn't be bothered to ring doorbell, knock on door or call. Now being told the easiest I can get an install is August 5th. 2hrs to finally get through to a supervisor. Brutal

    @cogeco @cogecohelps terribly disappointed with the manner in which customer is treated by the so-called Loyalty team. I would not recommend anyone taking Cogeco’s internet!

    @blogTO Rogers just hiked my phone. Cogeco just hiked my tv. What ******* ever. Tell me something new. It's called a **** the consumer monopoly.
