@JohnDou38694475 @startca Typically, with issues like these, Cogeco would be responsible for it. Without an absolute diagnosis, we can't tell who exactly is to blame but if Cogeco is responsible that might explain the miscommunication, the lengthening of the issue, and why Cogeco is actively brushing off.

@cogeco internet is down in kingston Ontario. Yes I have turned on and off my modem it's still not working. My cable is fine. Anyone know if we have an outage and how long it may last?

@startca It is getting worse not better. My connection into Cogeco (Sarnia) is strong... the routing after that is f'd. I'm tethered to my phone now it is so bad. Can't work. Please don't force me to go to FTTH with B(h)ell. I love you Start but if you keep doing me bad... :(
